Update 04/30/2018: from 5 stars to 1 star. Super disappointed, still super excited in April 2018 and now just disappointed with the MANAGEMENT.
Overnight stay booked through amoma from April 28th to April 29th. Arrived at the hotel at 6 p.m., there was a huge queue to check out, sometimes there were only 2 people there even though there was so much going on.
Then get informed that you cannot find the booking, but you are booked out anyway. What? No phone call beforehand, no email or the like ??!?
As an offer I was offered a hotel 25 km outside Berlin, but the difference to the 189 euros was kindly reimbursed. We didn't accept the offer, the manager asked. This is of course not manned on Saturday evening and also not reachable, even if a hotel is fully booked nothing happens.
Furthermore, I wanted a written confirmation that I had not noticed the booking, this could not be done immediately by the shift supervisor, but I was assured that I would receive a letter from the reception immediately. I did not receive this either by Monday evening.

However, the shift supervisor assured me that the next day I would get a call back from the management Mr. Rodriguez or Mr. Bumblebee. I missed this call on Sundays.

Then on Monday I called the reception again, unfortunately both of them happened to be in a conference and could not be reached, but a callback was guaranteed.
This was also missing until 11 p.m. on Monday. Sorry, but that's not how you deal with guests, repeat bookers, and NH Club members. And that in a 4 star hotel.
I would also like to cancel my NH booking at the NH Cologne in July.
A complaint email is also sent to the group management at the same time, so that they know what their managers are doing.
And that was the 5-star application from April (now of course outdated)
Great hotel with a new concept in the style of a music hotel, djs bands, etc. Great room furnishings, delicious breakfast
