Hotel Monterrey Macroplaza y Four Points by Sheraton Review

Really nice place to visit, would go again, best bar in town.

Bad experience. I had already been to this hotel with very good experience.
Now in my last stay I do not recommend it.
There was no coffee maker.
There was no shampoo.
There was no soap.
The unbearable noise of the air conditioning all night did not let me sleep.
Terrible experience
I do not recommend it.

Executive lodging near plaza galleries, summits and to look for something cheaper than this near San Pedro but not in San Pedro

Bad-mood employees, it is a long waiting to check-in despite having a reservation. The staff is very rude. Very unworthy hotel.

A great hotel !!!! in December of the year 2018 I stayed there with my family, really we got an excellent service, super friendly and attentive in everything, very clean and comfortable facilities, the pool super great and not to mention the maids and the housekeeper always to the slope of any detail and is close to galleries Monterrey at that time connected to the bridge easier access!

Great hotel to stay in Monterrey in the middle of the city, it is inside a square with a lot of places to eat without the need to drive. Free parking with great space and amazing views of the city.

The breakfast is simple but with great taste, you can get an omelet made on the moment.

The location is great you have a mall right infront of the hotel. All the staff are very friendly and the whole building including the event rooms are really neat.

Large and clean room, simple but sufficient breakfast, the gym had a strange smell.

It is located downtown, so you can take a walk and return to the hotel. The service is quite friendly and the restaurant food is very tasty. They have a good variety of dishes. The rooms are a good size, although the bathrooms are not so spacious.

Very nice place to stay. Parking was a little rough/ hard to find a spot. The facilities were nice/ room was what you would expect for Sheraton.

I loved the hotel. The boardroom was comfortable and the staff helped put the chairs fast for the event. The ARME modeling event was very good, with good lighting.

Rooms are very good, breakfast is fine, but there is a single cook making omelets or eggs and that makes you line up. Another detail is the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom, very little comes out every time you press, so it takes a long time to get the necessary amount of shampoo.
