The place is very nice, the attention and the location is very central, the customer service is truly excellent.

I loved! The young lady who treated me was most pleasant and attentive. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Everything is very clean and tidy.

Location.
Good location for the university hospitals, a very good mall across the streer. They actually have a special bridge for people who stays at the hotel, it's open but it has a roof. It only gets you across the main avenue, you still have to walk to the mall entrance, but it's nice not to have to deal with the fast traffic.
They also have really good dining options within walking distance in front and behind the hotel.
There's a 24 convenience store and a pharmacy right next to the hotel.
Rooms
Needs work, they look old and out of date. Just the furniture, the carpets, doors and some parts in the bathroom.
But the beds are still comfortable and the sheets and pillows are good!

Hotel experience was fine but their ATM machine ate my friend's card and the staff said there was nothing they could do.

It's a good place to hang out but they failed in some very small aspects but from then on everything was fine! Well yes I recommend it!
