Excellent hygiene, cleanliness and attention. The breakfast of good flavor.

The room is very comfortable, has a bathtub, has a microwave and a sink. It has a shopping plaza in front and several restaurants around which you can walk. They offer you a simple but sufficient breakfast, and they have an agreement with an excellent restaurant for the service of food to the room.

Good location and places to casual dining in walking distance. Good service and attitude. Rooms ok, thin walls and ceiling . Can hear neighbors shower and doors closing.

Definitely the restaurant has improved too much ... Although with some details in the rooms ... Nothing you can not improve

It has a good location, is comfortable and clean, although at night noises are heard from a construction in a nearby shopping plaza.

The included breakfast is very basic, and the restaurant insufficient for the number of guests on weekends, so don't expect much.

I was in the lobby, but in general very friendly staff and parking facilities. I would like the parking lot behind the hotel to have an ATM there, since I had to return.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable.

I did not get to see the rooms since i was in a conference, but the location for the event was ok, nothing too fancy they did not provide the organizers with speakers or anything amd they were dtruggling also the parking is not free so just a heads up in case you don't have any change.

Well maintained property with almost everything you would expect from hotel of this stature. Staff understand and can speak in English which is good from perspective of foreigners who does understand Spanish. Conviently located however surrounding gets jammed in traffic at different times of the day.

I went for 2 hours to work, hoping to have a tea and nothing else. I was surprised that I couldn't enter the restaurant unless I paid full breakfast at $ 180. I decided no and I tried to have the tea served in a room parallel to the reception but they did not lower service. I highlight the security of the hotel. I'm sorry I couldn't meet you. Would I have paid for breakfast? Yes, but I had little time and my intention was to close a labor issue while taking a safe tea.

It is a hotel well located in the city of Monterrey with a shopping center for less than 500 meters, has a restaurant area on the side of the hotel is very busy by executives.

The hotel overall is ok. Nothing special, but very comforting. The gym is limited, has a swimming pool for recreation only. I like the staff, always helpful and the breakfast staff is the best i ever seen in hotels so far. The breakfast itself is Mexican. Hard to find something healthy to eat, except the fruits. The food is good because you can other from the "Sierra Madre" bar/restaurant beside the hotel. You can other from the to your room. That part is A plus. Overall quality is good.

The staff was very helpful. Everything nice and clean. Had a little problem with A/C at the afternoon but they got fix

The hotel very well, the same as the service, but the drawback is the shower, the shower curtain is not enough to hold the water in the shower and a lot of water leaks out of the ends.

Excellent place to be near the University Hospital or the Faculty of Medicine of the UANL.

It needs renovations, upgrades. It's not worth the price. I think it's around $150 to $200 a day. It was at the Galleria area in Monterrey Mexico.
