The location seems very good, it is surrounded by many commercial stores and restaurants, it gives an extra value. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Stayed here during the Jehovah's witnesses International Convention...the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The men's room bathroom smells bad, a member of the reception staff is not friendly, the coffee break is very basic and bad, your coffee is extremely diluted

I attended several occasions at different events held at the hotel, and on all occasions the place was very good, ideal for events such as fundraisers or meetings, very large rooms.
I recommend the hotel to carry out your events in the different rooms that it offers

Very good location with several great restaurants within walking distance. Elevated bridge from hotel to the mall was very convenient. Free parking with great access in and out for large vehicles.

Excellent service and installations. Friendly treatment, very silent, it really is something like rest in your visits to Monterrey. Nearby there are bars and restaurants of great diversity. This is the Sierra Madre side that is a restaurant bar highly recommended and of very good quality, with some of the best beers in the city. In the hotel you can see that it is quite balanced in terms of the calidsd / price ratio, and its location leaves you quite accessible anywhere in the city.

Lacking air conditioning in the corridors, penance from the lobby to the room, breakfast was fine, gym a bit dirty and with little space, good location.

Love the staff here. Room are comfy. Aircon works great. Breakfast is just okay. Location would be better in San Pedro BUT this is a Marriott property and I like Marriott so I stay here.

Awesome experience, very glad I chose this one, it is conveniently located on the heart of Monterey and to my taste is an over all 5 star, its also neighbor to the Sierra madre brewing Co. Bar that's got delicious beer and food. Your stay comes with free breakfast which by the way it is just fantastic (see pics) there is a buffalo wild wings right in front of the lobby so that's another plus. 10+++

We use it for business meetings. Very good place for such meetings. I have also been a guest and they have a very good service.

This looks like a 3 star hotel. The noise made by the AC system is unacceptable, as you suddenly sleep on and even frighten you, they must fix and improve their facilities.

Hotel needs an upgrade in rooms and carpet. The swimming pool needs a spring cleaning
