Went for Sunday brunch and it was great, no complaints. I do not think I would go back on a regular day though.

Just avg Lobster, and they took our bill before we even finished.
I have been at this restaurant at least 4 times and never have had bad service and the food has been excellent. The portions are big and the food is fresh.
Food is always great Here! Try the calamari fries! Best ever!
Great service, food was amazing! First time there. We had the edamame and baked oysters for apps; beet and wedge salads; for entrees we chose mahi mahi and grouper. For dessert we chose the chocolate torte. Absolutely delicious! Excellent Wine and beer list. Can t wait to go back!
Wow! You have to try this place. I had the Sea Bass and finished it up with Cream Brulee.
The family came for Sunday Brunch and the food is absolutely delicious. Our server was also very attentive and pleasant. All around a very nice restaurant.
The food was awesome. However our waitress didn't seem to have it together. Idk if she was just having an off day or she just wasn't a good waitress. We had to continuously ask for refills and silverware, etc. She also couldn't seem to remember if she had brought us what we asked for. But even with all that I would still recommend this restaurant. The food is great!
Good food no prim rib. Service a little slow the atmosphere was good all in all it was a great time
For special occasions, Sunday Brunch or a quick bite at the bar, Fish Market is the go to place. Don't miss their shrimp & grits!
Wow! If you like fresh seafood then this is the place for you!
The lump crab was a bit small but the ahi tuna was perfect. Also had the Chilean sea bass which was melt in your mouth. Creme brulee came in 3 flavors. Chocolate, vanilla and coffee. The bottle of Pinot Noir was delicious, but would have liked to go with the white...next time.
I had enjoyed the Sunday Brunch at the Fish Market several months ago. So....decided to take my son there for his birthday this year. Terrible Mistake! This time everything on the buffet table was COLD: scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, french toast. And oh yes, the fruit was nicely chilled. We had made reservations for noon. The place was almost empty, unlike the first time I had gone there. My intention was to treat my son to something special. This was anything but special.
Someone needs to monitor the food left out for patrons to select. To sit down to a plate of cold food on a special occasion is not at all what I had in mind. About three bites in, I should have suggested we get up and leave, but unfortunately, I didn't do that. However, I did comment to the girl at the counter as we left and asked her to pass along my concerns to the kitchen workers.
I won't be going back to the Fish Market....ever. Waste. Of. Money.
This place is absolutely amazing! Best scallops I've ever had by a long shot. Great food and amazing service!
The service was Great and our Salmon and Scallops were
Delicious!
Great food, good prices and great service. Wife and I enjoyed our sushi and fish and chips, light and crispy.
Good selection of foodie stuff, including a small selection of good desserts. Planning a second vist within the same month.
Fresh, clean, seafood with good ingredients in a nice environment.
Wonderful food. Desserts weren't great, but everything else was perfect. Very good service too!
Has a really great Sunday brunch all you can eat,was fresh and delicious!!
Great quality service and food, nice atmosphere, great for groups.
Food was amazing. Service was a little slow but there was an event in the dining room, so understandable. Highly recommend the Chilean Sea Bass!
Food and service are fantastic! Great atmosphere with outside seating. They even bring water for your dog.
Absolutely amazing! Trevor and Jessica did an excellent job of making our 1st experience a memorable one. The selections were quite nicely done too!
I will be honest with you. This place came recommended by a friend that has eaten the Sunday Brunch. He loved it. Today, May 14 2020, My wife, her brother and I visited The Fish Market to catch lunch. Service was good; the meal was poorly prepared and tasted bland. Together we spent $68 for lunch.
I had fish and chips, side of Lobster Biss. The Biss Was full of Grease or butter, it had no taste, bland!! I took pictures of it as proof. Together we had. Two fish and chips, and one salmon tacos, The Tacos were okay, not good, just okay. The fish was soggy after a 25-minute ride home. They gave us four French fries each on the fish and chips plates for $68. The grease in the lobster bits was still floating on top of the container after I stirred it Up several times. I didn't want to write a bad review, but I was very disappointed in this meal. I had just eaten fish and chips from The Tavern on Hwy 160 last week. I expect this place to be better, but it wasn't. If I can post pictures, I will. Sorry to anyone offended by my review.
Food is awesome, Service could use a little bit of work. About 50% of the time it seems like we are there 2 hours or more because service is slow. Again, I will stress that the food is awesome!
Some of the best sushi and seared scallops I've ever had anywhere.
This place is fancy in the pantsy. I have met a couple people who have worked here. An immaculately well laid out establishment with a beautiful front lawn, fountain and a linear outdoor patio. This is obviously a fancy joint. Not just fancy... fancy in the pantsy.
Nice atmosphere, great food, fabulous presentation.
Great place, Staff were very professional. It was a very busy night, yet the kitchen & staff handled it so well. Great food, thank you
We met our family here for the Sunday brunch. Despite having a reservation there seemed to be confusion at our arrival regarding our seating. This seems to be a common occurrence here according to frequent diners. When we were escorted to a table, it was next to an order taking kiosk. We moved to an adjacent table. The seating at the long tables is cramped from having too many chairs with subsequent elbow rubbing with your neighboring diner. Reminded me of airplane seating. The buffet was ok for the price. Prime rib is listed as available but has to be requested from the server. I've never seen this arrangement at a buffet as the carving station was at the other end of the restaurant not near the buffet line. The prime rib was nicely plated and flavorful. The serving size was not close to "man sized" however. My rating overall reflects an average buffet and eatery. I would give the Fish Market another try.
I love the Sunday brunch but for some reason it took 10 mins to get my prime rib delivered to my table
Went for a mother's day brunch and was blown away by their brunch buffet. They even had sushi! Salmon was out of this world, and beautiful decorated grounds for nice photos with the family.
Always a family favorite on Christmas Eve and Mother's Day. Sea Bass on Risotto with a Stinger (or two) - outstanding!
I thought the food was rather good. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Samon was good, but not mind blowing. The sea bass fish was really good. Appetizers were good. Atmosphere was nice as well.
I ve been enjoying this place for 10 years since I relocated from Southern California to Fort Mill South Carolina
Beautiful location, Excellent management
and staff.
The menu selection is fabulous!
Fantastic food, wonderful service
not to mention the romantic set up
A perfect place to bring your special
someone, family or friends
I love it
This was my first visit with my husband to the Fish Market because of a suggestion from friends. There ambience is wonderful and the service was great. The Sunday brunch price of $16.95 is so well worth it. Choosing 2-3 items alone off the buffet would definitely give you your money's worth. My only complaint was with the she crab soup. It had a very plain taste with no texture. But aside from that everything else was wonderful. Will definitely be going back
Just finished the most amazing dinner here! I was in town for work and saw other good reviews and decided to try it. They were right! Service was prompt and attended to everything I needed before I even had a chance to need it. The food was phenomenal and came out so hot it must have just come off the stove (which I appreciate because I like my food piping hot!). I had the pork belly as a starter and the Chilean sea bass - !! Highly recommend this place!
Horrible service!
But great atmosphere, and food was delicious with a good portion.
Only suggestion hire more servers.
Lunchtime...1:30 NOT BUSY
Wanted to seat us facing
Exit Door in the Back
No Thanks...
Icetea !! Had to ask for lemon, ice
Lobster Wrap Ok
Scallops with the risotto and smoked asparagus was great
Delicious meals! Lunch prices are very affordable. Appetizers are good. Try the spinach artichoke dip. It's really yummy.
Great food and best bread pudding I've had outside of New Orleans! Service with a smile and a wonderfully warm atmosphere. Yes, will return soon!
Friendly service and good food! Sunday Brunch had great variety of food choices! First time visiting but if in the area again will definitely go back!
We love the Fish Market. The food is great, and the service you get from Selena and her staff is the best!
This restaurant was fabulous, food and service was excellent!! My son and his family moved to North Carolina from Connecticut and was craving seafood just like we have here in Ct.
Well he was not disappointed, and neither was I. We had a wonderful dinner with excellent service! At our next visit to the Carolina s we will all be dining here again...
My compliments to the Chef
Meh. Had she crab soup, shrimp cocktail and shrimp and pasta dish...all Food lacked flavor.
Venue is nice. Food was unsatisfactory, broccoli was cold with no seasonings or butter. Chicken was dry. The only offering for salad dressing was oil and vinegar which I dislike.
Beautiful place, very nice atmosphere, great service, good food. We'll definitely mark this as a go to spot.
Great place to eat. From the hostess to our waitress nothing but professional. Waitress explained the menu and recommended dishes to try due to first time visiting. Will go back again and again.
Fantastic, fresh seafood. Great atmosphere & fun bartenders. Owners are amazing! #datenight
Good menu, attentive wait staff but not intrusive. Moderate to pricy depending on item selected
Always consistently good. One of our go-to spots when we want to go out for a nicer dinner. Not super-pricey, but right up there, the good news is it is generally worth it.
My service was awesome, but the lobster salad was not fresh or it wasn't real lobster. I went during lunch and I was very disappointed
Friendly and fast service. The beef and vegetable soup was amazing. The potions are nice for the price. Staff is very friendly.
Love the food and Sushi is top notch friendly staff
Not a good experience at The Fish Market recently. Showed up without a reservation and was basically showed the door. Hostess wasn't very coordinated and not informed on the activities that had the restaurant booked. Waited five minutes for her to learn that. I have been here many times and the food is usually pretty good but the service is inconsistent. Plenty of other options within a 10 minute drive or walk within Baxter.
DO NOT TAKE A LARGE GROUP THERE. Our dinner group of 16 booked a reservation at least 2 weeks out. They had the table ready and seated us early. We got our drinks quickly. Food service took a while but It Always does with a group this size. Nothing to complain about so far. Food was very good. Then manure hit the fan. We had tried to get them to place our orders By Couple for billing purposes but they said No. they had a process and would put our bills together by seat. When we got our bills None of them were correct. Not one! Each couple explained the errors/omissions on their bill. They told us they would fix it. Second bills came. Still 90% wrong. 2 couples just paid whatever was on their bill in order to leave. We ve now been there 2.75 hours. One couple handed over their credit card only to get a receipt to sign that had been changed again and was wrong. Third bills come out wrong! We asked to speak to the manager who told us there was nothing he could do about it. We need to be patient . We have now been waiting for correct bills for 40 minutes. The restaurant had closed and they were even turning off the lights everywhere except our area! Our 4th bill was still incorrect but we paid it and left.
I am not young but I have NEVER in my life experienced anything like it. We all paid a bill but None were correct.
Great fish & grits, very tender and well seasoned filet mignon and well flavored mussels.
Always great food and service. Good atmosphere overall!!!!
Excellent food and outstanding service. Our first time but not our last.
The food was great! It was my wife's first time coming here, and she loved it!
This is my second visit, and it does not disappoint in food and service!!! Everything is delicious! The hostess, servers, etc are all very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.
