It happened to me that my rsv was canceled in hotel macroplaza mty and they were super friendly and they made me rsv in this hotel that I loved, super beautiful, comfortable, nice, super attentive people and with an excellent attention to the guests!

I really like the decoration, but above all the attention of its employees to the clients, whether they are guests or only attendees to their facilities for the events that take place.

Nothing special and the rooms are far from nice and cozy. Very few good hotels in all of Monterrey I ve found, but at least this one has a few restaurants immediately next door. I think the only plus side is you still get Bonvoy points.
