Little attention to provide first aid to a young person

Nice room. Good facilities. Delicious breakfast. Great location, many places and restaurants close. Front desk service a bit cumbersome. Overall ok experience.

Excellent service and the rooms are very comfortable.

A very nice hotel, clean, good service, the rooms super 100, the only one is that the Gym is super small, literal is the space for 3 people, four would already feel tight. They only have one treadmill, one elliptical and one bicycle, some weights and that's it.

It would be good to improve on that.

It had been one of my favorite hotels in Monterrey but my last visit from October 14 to 18 was an unpleasant experience.
1. Apparently repairs were made in my room and damages were generated on day 17, same as report and nobody went up to review
2. The invoice of the room is time that they do not send it to me
3. I have spoken, sent emails and can not tell me what happened with my bill

I was there for a scientific meeting. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave us all the information and services that we required. It was clean and pretty. The location is good because you are in front of the mall and next to a lot of good restaurants and you are also near a big Avenue so you can take public transportation. There's also a good hospital nearby.

Excellent place, just annoying a bit the expansion or construction of the new parking lot, otherwise 100

The service for the social events is great, they have a mall near and the lobby is very confort

In my event, the hotel staff was super attentive and guided me in what I needed.

In the mornings, the water in the shower does not come out hot. Breakfast is really bad, maybe for being 'free'. At 8 o'clock they knock on your door and make a scandal for the laundry service. Consider using the do not disturb sign. The very kind treatment by the staff. I must admit that the internet, the pool and the gym very well.

A long wait, the others super rich as much food as drinks !!

The location of the hotel is very good, we found before a very nice square 5 minutes walk, a pharmacy 8 minutes, the food is good, and the rooms are very good in addition to the service in general.

One thing is that it is an economic business hotel and another thing is that it has absolutely nothing and that it is so basic. I think a guest house room is more comfortable than this hotel.

Excellent place for business visits as tourist, friendly treatment, cleanliness. breakfast of excellent quality. Within the same hotel zone it has restaurants and you can cross to plaza galleries safely. Magnificent view of the mother saw.

Great place to stay and good option if you need to make meetings, meetings or promotional events

Clean hotel, but rooms are completely outdated and dark. They desperately need to be renovated and modernized. This hotel doesn't live up to the same standards set by the Sheraton brand in the U.S.

I stayed here for about a month. The managers are very kind, we had a lot of patience hahaha. The service to the room very good, the cleaning ladies very kind.The laundry good, the pool tambn. The only thing that needs improvement is the gym. Because there are old machines especially for arms and legs, the runner and the elliptical if they were in very good condition. The nice thing is that you went to the laundry and there was TV to distract you. You went to the gym and there were towels to get you out and water if you were thirsty. Also if you need to do jobs and print them, they have free computers and a printer. Very good place super recommended! Ahhh and to make it even better, smartTV would be missing so that we could connect it with our cell phone or tablet.

Excellent service and very trained and very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable facilities. And a great location in the middle of the Mall, Restaurants, bars etc. Near the center.

It is not a new Hotel but it has everything and clean. For a work stay it is excellent. Also accessible the price.

Very good, the room assigned to me and the service very good and fast.

They are vacations, in the restaurant they only have one person to cook and they still set schedule, the iron was not noticeable when it was going out and they commented that right now they came and there was no answer

Hotel location is great for tourist but not for business travelers due to traffic and distance from the airport. Over all facilities are great however a little outdated. Sierra Madre restaurant is located close by which offers great food and brews

I stayed on the floor that was restored, I liked it a lot and the location is very good.

Decent basic hotel with poor thermal and sound isolation.
There's free WiFi but sessions expire every 30 minutes.
They host events and extremely loud (drums, whistles, trumpets, the whole thing) private parties until well into the night, even during the week so avoid the place if you want a good night sleep.

Urban hotel, very good room quality. Good Internet, without cost. The included breakfast is "ok", healthy enough to save the day!

The facilities are quite nice. The location is central and easily accessible, except for the traffic in the area. Near commercial plazas, restaurants, hospitals and express roads.
