An amazing travel! This was my first time traveling to Mexico and the hotel staff made it memorable. They were very accommodating with this grenco! The facility is very nice and it is in a great location, with a mall and plenty of places to eat. I look forward to my next visit.

The Four Points of Galerias Monterrey is a very modern and comfortable hotel, with an excellent location near shopping centers, restaurants, among other places. Your service is very good and professional.

The service is slow, the room service menu is limited and sometimes reservations are not respected. The price by agreement with some companies is what can be redeemed.

All very well, only comment is that the air conditioner and exhaust is very noisy

We stayed here for a week. The rooms are good. And this place is quite safe and they also offer free shuttle to nearby places like US ASC biometrics, Macroplaza, Fundidora etc.
The staff were helpful.
But the breakfast was average and nothing much for vegetarians except bread and fruits.
It s close to a mall and there are many restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay. Quality and a flair of posh service and product. Adequately differentiated from competitors like Hampton inn. Only downfall is their online exposure, the pictures In places like orbitz do not do it justice. Highly outdated pics.

I really liked the hotel, I was there attending a social event, I took the workshops of the OJD, they put us in a really big room, the room was fine, it wasn't hot at all, even if we were too many people in there. The hotel have a really nice views and also have a lot of restaurants in front of it, that's a very good point in his favor.
