Excellent location! 2 minutes from the Gran Via. One block from McD, 100M, BK and TB.

Clean rooms, comfortable and large mattress, cozy and good treatment at reception.

A very nice hotel in a convenient point of Madrid, in fact nearby there is a subway stop for getting around the city.
Bright but not very soundproofed rooms, in fact with an area of frequented rooms the noises could be heard even if they reside on the 4th floor. Free gifts for shower and bathroom, shiny toothbrush for shoes, limes and razors and last but not least, as well as real terry towels, comfortable bathrobes with disposable slippers.
Very good breakfast especially the croissants, hot #churros and Spanish raw ham.
Mr. Angel from the reception is particularly kind and for those who do not know the language he understands and speaks Italian.

The place is nearly completely refurbished (June 2017) Rooms and bathrooms are completely new and modern. Usb plugs all around. Nicely done. Needs finishing touch. Big difference with half a year ago. Great location as before. Close to public transport and within walking distance of Royal Palace and shopping streets.

Very good hotel, very familiar, well located 1 block from Avda. Princesa and 3 blocks you have the English Court

It is another concept. You find it strange and pleasant that all the staff greet you and be aware of you. One of my favorite places.

Too bad you can't put more stars. Everything perfect, the price of the room, the location, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the mattress ... I must confess that I was a little suspicious with this hotel, but it has turned out to be wonderful. I recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are clean, contemporary, and spacious. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Location was convenient to visit the palace and get on hop on hop off tour bus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here! Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect but there's one waiter the short one with dark strong hair was impolite at all.

Great hotel. Our stay was really enjoyable and peaceful. The staff are lovely. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very stylish and well decorated. Beds are comfy. Location is great. Within a few min walking from Grand Via. Walking distance manageable to most central places.

Good breakfast, good room but too functional and somewhat noisy on the street.

Very pleasant hotel staff. Changed rooms due to a broken door handle that left me unable to open my room door from the inside. No other issues so far. The hotel is in a great city center location, which means lots of noise allllllll night long. The breakfast optionscould be better; as visitors from the USA, we need more than breads/pastries for breakfast and don t have time to make our own eggs.
