Quite noisy. Apart from that nothing to complain about.

Nice boutique hotel, has a rock 'n roll vibe to it. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great restaurant attached to the hotel. Can't beat the craft beer happy hour each evening and the beer at checkout is a bonus!! Good location in downtown Seattle and only 4 or so blocks from the convention center. It's a fun place. I would stay here again. Rooms are small (cozy) but very comfortable.

Rooms were a little small and we had an ADA compliant room. Parking for valet was difficult with only 2 or 3 spots that we had to circle the building twice to find an empty one. Bathrooms were pretty small too. Will probably just spend the extra money and go to 4 or 5 star next time.

Great room, great staff, and free beer in the lobby during happy hour! Good location, walkable distance to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market.

Very very small room , loud , uncomfortable , hipsters all around the lobby , expensive room service , horrible food , the steak I ordered had way way too much salt I could only eat one bite it was disgusting and came in a greasy box , will not stay again

Got a room by the elevator. Could not sleep all night because of the noise.

Good location, 5 minutes walk from the Link rail line (easiest way to get here from the airport). Reasonable sized rooms.

Awesome little hotel in the heart of the city walkable to everything. Nice rooms but since it's and older renno building they are a bit cramped. Bathroom is very small and shower is barely suitable for a mini person. I banged my elbow twice on the rack. Overall a great experience.

The staff, vibe, free beer, and great service totally make up for the tiny rooms.

Thanks for the wonderful experience! Location is right on the downtown core, so everything is all a walking distance from one important spot to another, like the Westlake Mall, the monorail, pharmacy, McDo and bus stops are also adjacent to the hotel. We are a group of 6 and our room was spacious for us: 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed, but the lower bed can sleep 2. We were located on the 9th floor and we didn't hear a single noise from outside, so we had a happy rest after a long day. There's a mini-fridge stocked with beverages for a fee. Customer service is also efficient and friendly. We consider staying here again in the future.

I loved the city skyline that I woke up to every day right from the window of our hotel room. It's very lively yet quiet on our side . If you are booking for a group of friends, the room with bunk beds is highly recommended In addition, every single door has artistic flair, including the key card, so it is never boring here

Went for brunch at Miller's guild. Food was great. Or waiter wasn't particularly knowledgeable about the menu. Waiter wasn't around to pay which was frustrating.

Awesome hotel with huge rooms, and the atmosphere is vintage and rocky. A bit noisy if your window is facing the street, but otherwise perfect and 5 mins walk from Pike Place Market. Staff is cool and very helpful. There is no restaurant (so no breakfast). You can eat at Miller's Guild on the ground floor (they have a partnership with the hotel) but it's expensive.

The hotel is interesting and located very close to Pike Place. However, there is no pool and parking may be an issue.

I definitely enjoyed this place! The price and it's location is awesome. I will stay again....

Great place right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Walking distance to anything you need. Free coffee in the morning and craft beer in the evening. The elevators are small, but made fun with a cool quirky quotes in each.

My Mother in Law stays at Hotel Max every time she comes to visit. She loves the service and how centrally located the hotel is.

This is one of the coolest places we've stayed in while visiting Seattle. Close to downtown and close restaurants. We didn't eat at the restaurant at the hotel but it was packed for dinner. The rooms are small but comfortable. If you need a big space to sprawl out, this might not be the place for you, but for us, this will be a place we stay again!

Very friendly staff. Great vibe, but hotel rooms that are reminiscent of a European hotel. Adjacent restaurant is good, but priced a bit proud for typical high-end Seattle fare.

This is a great location in Downtown Seattle, close to everything! Very hip and modern. Only downside is no onsite parking.

The location is great, and the staff were very polite. However, the room was small and dirty. Particularly, there were questionable stains on the comforter.

The staff was very helpful but the rooms are very small. The amenities are average. They have free beer every evening which is a big plus. Good for single person stay.

I hopped in to eat at Miller's Guild. Amazing food, some of the best in downtown.

Easy and convenient location in the heart of downtown and there is cheap surface parking nearby. The interior styling was cool and room was clean though our drains seemed to be backed up.

I really enjoyed the complementary charmed coffee service in the morning but did not try the restaurant overall an affordable choice for Seattle.

The front is friendly and nice. The restaurant's steak is delicious.
I wonder if the air conditioner is noisy and the walls are thin, and voices, music, etc. can be heard from the surrounding rooms.

Loved the room and the staff was great! However, the "facilities fee" is a ripoff and leaves a bad taste in your mouth, especially if you are only using the hotel for lodging. At resort hotels a "resort fee" makes sense, but here the facilities fee is just a way to nickel and dime you. I would highly suggest nixing this fee if this hotel expects repeat business.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. There was free beer.

We only had cocktails at the bar but it was very nice with a large selection of drinks. Service was great.

Good accommodations. Small rooms but well appointed. Somewhat inconsistent, like the bathroom switch on the outside of the bathroom, for example. Edible in room are well priced.

Quirky design with fun amenities. Though my room was small, I loved what this hot l had to offer. Don't miss out on the free coffee and beer!

The hotel was a bit too far away for the Conference center. The hotel was nice but bathrooms are small. The bed was confortable, and the staff was very nice especially the valets. They went out of their way to be helpful.

Internet is a bit slow.. Other than that, a great hotel in a very good location.

I had a drink and left. The service was slow which would have been fine; except my drink was awful.
