Friendly hotel, well located near Avenue des ternes, wears jersey etc .. in a quiet area. Room a bit small, but clean and bright. Heartwarming welcome. I will come back without problem.

Quiet and pleasant hotel, clean and neat design.
Close to transport (metro line 3 door station of champeret at 350m, where RER C station wears jersey at 900m).

Tricky to give it too much of a rating as I've only stayed for 2 nights on a business trip and only sampled the breakfast offering other than the bedroom. Breakfast was simple but good enough to fill a hole, and the room was compact and bijou but served its purpose. Nothing too fancy but a reasonable enough place to stay on a short trip as a base for daytime exploration.

Very pleasant surprise. The hotel is very clean, the rooms pleasant and the breakfast quality. The decoration is very good too, the staff very professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

Update to my old post. Hotel was excellent and gave full credit due to cancelling from Covid 19. Hotel has gone above and beyond. Initially I thought it was them that was delaying the refund but actually it's been credited to Expedia for a while and waiting over a month for Expedia to issue me the refund

Very nice place! A quiet hotel with 5 floors and approximately 40-50 rooms. Very quiet, very clean and lovely and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good! During our visit (August2020) there was a scaffolding on the street. We had a room towards the inner courtyard so that was not a big deal. The scaffolding should be gone in a couple of days.

There is a small bar which serves beer, wine and drinks but no cocktails.

Very good value for money.

When we arrived our reservation had not been taken into account (waiting at reception to check ...)
The rooms are small / there are cracks in the ceiling of the shower / no toothbrush / we had to ask several times to reload the shampoo and shower gel ditto for the hand soap / no mini bar / at the time of departure we tried to count us an extra breakfast /.
I think that for a three star hotel, there is still work to be done.

Very nice hotel. The room is clean, comfortable bed. There is a TV, kettle and tea. Our room was very quiet.
Breakfast is delicious. There is meat, and fruit, and rolls :) A small minus - at 9 in the morning there was only one empty table, I had to wait until the dirty dishes were removed from it.
Doors to the dining room, building and entrance open automatically (people with suitcases will appreciate).

Another minus: we arrived at 15:00 (check-in from 14:00), and the room was not ready. I had to wait 30 minutes.

Hello everyone, chose this hotel as a starting point for the Paris Marathon 2018. It has been completely renovated and the rooms are TOP. The staff friendly and helpful. The bus station and metro are 5 minutes away. The Arc de Triumph is 12 minutes on foot. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It is located in a side street so it is very quiet. The rooms have a kettle and hair dryer. The bathroom is also renovated. The beds new. (at this time). Sauna does not exist. Breakfast is included in the price (depending on the room) and rich (Intercontinental). WLAN in the entire hotel frei.Ich paid for a double room with breakfast in April 104th - on TUI.

Lovely hotel. Our room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good too. Reception were friendly and spoke good English. We were also able to leave our luggage securely after we checked out before our late afternoon airport transfer. Close to the metro too.

A very good welcome, a very clean hotel! , a very comfortable room we had all the comforts for our 2 year old daughter.
Geographically not very far from the triumphal arch and the main axis of Paris.
We will come back to this hotel with great pleasure a nice family experience for us coming from the south.

Small room but clean and quiet. Located reasonably close to the Arc de Triomphe and close to Metro station. Free WiFi. Free breakfast with large variety of food - breads cheeses cereal fruit juice meats, eggs and more. Staff very helpful and speak English well. Bar/bistro but no restaurant. Great value for the price.

After a refurbishment and makeover it is again recommendable. The rooms a above Parisian standard and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a pleasure.

Very good 3 star hotel. I stayed for a very good price 3 nights with breakfast included. The varied breakfast with freshly squeezed natural orange juice. Very good location near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. A subway station 5 min walk. The rooms very clean and the staff very friendly. Totally recommended.

This hotel is so amazing. The rooms weren't that big but it was enough for us. The staff at this hotel is amazing... I think they are the reason we loved the hotel. The airline lost our luggage and for the 3 days we didn't have our luggage, the staff worked so hard to get in contact with our airline to push them on finding it. We spent our honeymoon here and there were so many great resturants to choose from!! We recommend this hotel and will be back for sure!

Great hotel conveniently located near the Arc de Triomphe! (10min walk) super clean room! Well lit and fenestrated! Bright and modern. The breakfast included is really a must with the machine that presses the oranges and a nice outdoor terrace in a garden adds the magic of the stay! A nice hotel for a couple of lovers, friendly staff and sweet * no fridge in the room for those who want to bring pastries :( * ps a nice little sushi restaurant is a few steps away and a lot of bakeries too! )
