Good hotel . Free and high speed wifi . Sanitated bathroom with 24hr running water . Good rooftop restaurant with complimentary breakfast buffet . So It is a good place in madurai

It is a 3 star residency cum restaurant in 6th floor and it has open rooftop for dinner . It is located at 300 ft distance from madurai railway station and madura meenakshi aman temple also very near to this. The staf behavior is too good . restaurant rates are reasonable. They will provide separate accommodation for the drivers those who came by their own vehicles

Congested area. Rooms without bslcony. No any electric pot for tea in room.Poor room service. One set tooth paste in double bed room. Overall not satisfied.

Terribly located and bad view from the balconies but the breakfast is great and the rooms are well furnished.

Stayed overnight on official tour.. rooms are compact but well maintained and the staff is courteous. Location gets a thumbs-up... Shall definately recommend.

Good dinner and decent,clean as well as appreciable rooms. Friendly staff except that they weren't more specific about the answer to the question we asked. Great location, near the main road and rickshaws are also easily available. Close to the Meenakshi temple as well. Parking space is also available.

Clean hotel, nice staff and good breakfast. Good dinner on the terrace too. The only flaw is the excessive noise from the street so as to prevent you from sleeping peacefully. Unfortunately, noise pollution is a problem in India

My stay was excellent. It's near to temple and railway station. Rooms were neat and clean. They had well stocked toiletries along with talcum powder and sewing kit. Staff were courteous and polite. They let us stay for 1 hour extra after checkout time. We had sumptuous complimentary breakfast. The rooftop dinner was a delightful experience, the staffs were quick enough to notice and respond to our needs. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend this wonderful place.

Nice hotel to stay with family. Very decent place. Very near to Meenaksi Amman Temple, Railway station and bus stop.

This hotel is in the heart of the city. It's very close to the railway station & Periyar bus stand. It's also just 1 km from Meenakshi Amman temple, which you can either walk to or take an auto / rickshaw, whichever suits you.



It's obvious that they've been in doing this for a while coz it's all sorted. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient coz we had all our meals at the hotel and they guided us with places to visit; the security guard even helped find us an auto early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody who's looking for a good hotel in Madurai. We'd prefer staying here again, if/ when we come back to this city.

Rooms are very small, rooms walls need repair. Staffs are not friendly. Parking is subject to luck.

Good hotel with all necessary ammineties and staffs were very friendly nature. It's nearer to Railway station and Bus stand.Rooms were maintained in good condition and room service is excellent.

It is a good hotel with good amenities. Food provided esp. As part of breakfast buffet was v good.That is the only good part of our 4 days stay here..

However, the travel desk was a big letdown.They are v unprofessional,have a callous attitude towards indians and specifically sr. Citizens. They were making disparaging comments and needlessly comparing the size of luggage with that of foreigners. We were a party of six all above sixty five..it was v unpleasant in this regard.
Our pilgrimage journey was of 2 parts..we were ready to pay for both stays at one go but the manager assured rooms would be available upon our return. We were shocked to hear that there were no available rooms after completing our first leg .It was only after a heated argument that they agreed to provide the rooms. This was v unprofessional behaviour from the hotel management .i would definitely not recommend this hotel. Moreover the vehicle provided is very bad.

Following are the great points about this place:
1. I really like the service and ambiance of the place.
2. The room was spacious and comfortable, Service staff was also good.
3. The best thing about the hotel is the flexible check in and check out policy.
4. The breakfast was also good, all south Indian food along with some other options were available.
5. Locations is really good

Following were the improvements I would suggest.
1. TV service, consider keeping some entertainment channel which is non Tamil.
2. Water in the bathroom, In the morning around 6 am, through all tabs including the wash basin and the jet spray, only hot boiling water was flowing. Despite our complaints it took around 45 min to solve this issue and that too is just by letting the water waste for 25 min straight. This was a really bad experience.
3. The main lift, it got stuck 3 time during our 1 day stay.

Economical hotel , service and food quality reflects that.

Perfect place to stay & dine in. Very close to Meenakshi Sundareshwarar Temple, bus stand & railway station.

The rooms were neat and clean and the service was prompt. Good beddings, tv and ac. The complimentary breakfast was good, but the dinner ordered from the restaurant was only average.

Cozy rooms, clean and fresh smelling bed linen. Overpriced for rooms of this size. Bathrooms are too small. I stayed for three days, shower was never hot. Food is tasty and of very good quality. Staff is courteous.

The positive side is the clean room as well as the restaurant in the top floor.

Hotel, staff and amenities are really good. Staff are really humble curtagious. Entrance of the hotel is not good. Very small road and parking problem. Rooms and food is really good and hygienic. Perfect stay for families and other categories also. Only setback is Tariff and menu ie., high to very high.

Nice hotel, located at walking distance from the railway station and periyar bus stand. Rooms are neatly maintained. Breakfast buffet has good variety of South Indian to choose from.

It's quite old hotel in prime location. Room is of ok size. But amenities inside are not up to mark e.g. tap of wash basin was broken, AC was cool too much than set temperature. Towel provided had wholes & damp. No cost effective

Centrally located. Meenakshi temple is 10 min walk. So are some of the best eateries like Kumar mess, Premavilas etc. Clean room. No Coffee facilities in the room though

It is a nice place to stay in Madurai.close to temple.but room no 202 was not comfortable.we have to shift from that room.breafast were good.
