Reservations confirmed over phone not honoured and blame was put on customer

Excellent hotel situated heart of Madurai city rooms are very neatly maitained and famous rooftop restaurent.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, very close to the Madurai Meenakshi temple.
Would love to add a gist of the hotel without going in paragraphed detail.
Pros-
1. Prompt staff service.
2. Polite behavior.
3. Clean rooms and bed.
4. Nice ambience.
5. Large, beautiful breakfast area. A variety of options available for breakfast.
6. Nice roof view. (Dining facilities available)
7. High priced foods.
Cons-
1. Rooms small. We booked an extra bed at time of booking but the room was too small to accomodate it. Finally the table and a chair had to be removed and the bed was placed on floor. No extra accessories like shampoo etc were given for the person using the extra bed. We had to ask separately. This was definitely a turn down.
2. No coffee/tea making flask, sugar, sachets etc.
3. Worse window view.

Breakfast varieties are very less, and they are not providing Iron and Board, but charging

From the roof top u can view the Meenakshi Amman temple tower.
Amazing

Very compact rooms. Close to the Temple. Located in a congested street. Has a good restaurant.

Location is very near to railway station and temple, rooms size too small but very clean and compact. Break taste also very good.

Well behaved staff and neat and clean rooms. Good buffet too
