Hotel Lusso Infantas Madrid Review

Old hotel to renovate very low value for money, friendly and helpful staff and great location but it doesn't make up for with the old hotel and inside dark and neglected.
Not recommended

Work meeting. With good service of waiters and a pretty good lunch

Very well located, comfortable beds and good in reception. To repeat.

Dishonest. Stay somewhere else. They seem to get by by scamming their customers. .. and no class as can been seen on hotel's response below. More to come from other guests.

One of the best hotels I've been to in Madrid, but by treatment! for attention !! the people are amazing, the rooms are good of course !! But everything counts.

Good 4 star hotel. Central. The Chueca neighborhood, next to Gran Via.

I was very disappointed: ((The location was okay, but otherwise I can not say anything good Check in only from 14 o'clock, but before it is always allowed to leave suitcases .. Very nice hotel, ideally located for walking distance to everything. Great breakfast. Any time!

We were close to Granvia and the restaurants were close to it, but we stayed for 3 people, but we only got one toothbrush for one day and did not fill up for two days, it was a 4 star, slippers, no bathrobe and the tub was old and dirty.
It's a 19th century building, so windows are difficult to open and close.
There is nothing to eat for breakfast.

A lot of noise, in the district where people go out..

Good food, well presented and good treatment.
The lunch menu costs 10.50 and includes a good Ribera del Duero wine (Celeste)
Highly recommended.

To be 4 stars is like one of 3 stars as facilities ..

Good hotel in the downtown area. Fair room and fairly spacious bathroom. The mattress is very comfortable, pillows almost nonexistent. It has a bar and restaurant. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. The wifi quite acceptable. Something improvable maintenance especially in the parket of the good but rather punished and the TV that is 27 '

Brilliant location, close to everything(shops, tourist places) if you want to go further there is a metro station just round the corner. If you're not big breakfast eater don't buy breakfast-there is a choice of little coffes shops around (less than 3 for coffee and croissant). Room is quite small but clean and the bathroom is nearly the size of the bedroom. It might get a bit noisy over the weekend but not too much. Good value for the price.
