For the savers the best, the menu is very good, and the attention although sometimes the noon takes a long time, due to the large number of people, it is usually very good. One thing, the bathrooms should be a little better maintained, the girls mostly complain that the floor is all wet. On Tuesdays they usually have on the menu some sandwiches like those from town, highly recommended

The hotel is well located near to main Avenue of Madrid and nice restaurants. The room is enough big and comfortable and same for the bathroom. My only complaint is about the smell of cigarettes in the room. The room is for non smokers but someone maybe forget this.

It was recommended to me for lunch and for a romantic dinner and it did not disappoint me. Usually have offers on pages like the fork or on your own website. The food and waiters are lovely ... They explain each of the dishes and they offered us good wines in terms of quality price. I will repeat.

The food very rich and very well presented, although the portions slightly scarce and the price is high.

Good and decent hotel. Walkable distance to most of Madrid's attractions. They also provide a free smartphone with 300mb daily limit of data and free calls to selected countries via that phone. Essentially, it's a tourist friendly option and rooms are well maintained and staff are very friendly and English speaking.

I was taking advantage of a discount from El Tenedor and I left enchanted. The food was exquisite and very well presented. The attention was unbeatable, which is no longer and put a lot of detail in explaining the dishes for which we asked. Still saliva with tuna tartar and chocolate coulant with cream ice cream and walnut.

This hotel does not get to be the 4 star hotel, maximum of 3. I would not go back here.

Without a doubt, a good hotel right in the center of Madrid. Breakfast expensive, it is worth taking advantage of one of the three bars in front to save money. Clean rooms but note the wear and tear of time. In general, the price-quality ratio is not great.

Very good hotel, very friendly and predisposed people, very good location to see the Madrid center, shows, museums, etc, to repeat, highly recommended.

Great location, great quality, and staff is friendly and accommodating. Room was large, modern, and parking was super easy for just one block from Gran Via. Been to Madrid and most of Spain multiple times and this will always be my go to Madrid hotel and the one I will always recommend for tourist or buisness travellers.

I stayed in room 304, a large room with 4 balconies that made it very bright.

Highly recommended Breakfast with the variety of sweet and savory to gather strength and natural orange juice!

It's a convenient place so taxis are easy to pick up as they come along. Employees also respond comfortably. It is a cost-effective hotel.

The hotel is well located not far from the major museums, Palace Real, and other sightseeing locations. The room was clean and well maintained if perhaps a little on the small side. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We went for a wedding the whole family, the rooms were super good, what I liked the most was the food in a cellar that they have in the bottom, beautiful, the best food, and perfect treatment. I recommend it for events.

The location is perfect for visiting the city. My room, however, presented some important shortcomings: despite being booked as a bed, we found two single beds not united. The shower tub was very worn and the bathroom door was broken. The price is a bit high, the staff is nice.

Very good location, attentive staff, spacious room and correct hotel. The quality / price ratio in our case was adequate but in terms of hotel and room services, details, care, etc., it is closer to a normal three star than to a four star. They should take care of the maintenance a little, rubbing on the walls of the room, chipping on the bathroom door, one of the plugs next to the bed did not turn on, to connect the phone charger you had to unplug or night lamps or kettle Water. As I say it is not a bad hotel and in our case the price was lower than other four stars in the area at that time, so I value it positively.

siper centrally located hotel to explore madrid on foot

Charming hotel in the center of Madrid. A few steps from the most important tourist spots and very well connected to the airport and Atocha train station.
The staff is very attentive and is always available to help in any way they can.
It has a very varied breakfast buffet and a restaurant where you eat great.

Fully advised to enjoy the city.

Great location. You are 5 mins or less walk from the Airport Express Bus, Chueca and Gran Via metro stops. 10 mins to Sol and Callao and to Prado Art Museum. Can walk to all significant tourist attractions and main department store, El Corte Ingles. Get your water and toiletries at DIA store literally around the corner - 30 seconds. Comfortable beds and LARGE bathroom by euro standards. I have always had a tub and shower here on more than a dozen stays so I assume all baths are similarly configured. Checkin is noon rather than the onerous 2pm after a long TA flight. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for one or a couple of nights for sightseeing in Madrid


Without problems and free of charge, you can deposit your luggage before check-in and after check-out. They will make a sticker and give a piece of paper so that someone else does not take it.


There was a kettle, but for some reason hidden in the closet, without cups and tea. Not critical, but strange.

Simple hotel! I was very well attended by the receptionists. I arrived early and they kept my bags. 2 blocks from the Gran Via.

For a city trip the hotel is really well located, all points in the city, as well as underground and bus are within walking distance in a few minutes. Thanks to its location on a side street, you will be spared the noise of the main roads.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our room, just above the entrance, was adequate in size but rather noisy, which especially in the first night too little sleep. The bathroom was very large, only the shower head was a disaster, a designer model that looks cool but is only partially suitable for showering.

The hotel has maybe six rooms on each floor, and maybe four floors.Thus a rather small hotel. However, it is well located and reasonably priced.

The staff is amazing and friendly.... Conveniently located near the centre of the town with all the major attractions walkable...

The food was delicious. The decoration very good. However, the great pity is that the restaurant, being empty, offered us a service more than regrettable: We ordered the tasting menu and it took 2 hours to serve us the food. With the 50% discount it is very economical.
