Very nice hotel, room is clean and modern, staff are friendly and helpful and the view is fantastic.
I recommend a massage in the spa!
We will certainly be back when everything is open again.
This would have been 5 stars if we had been able to eat at the restaurant and enjoy more of the hotel, but not possible due to covid.

It s a nice hotel with a beautiful scenery of lake Annecy. Minus one star because of the room size and the price. My recommendation, you should book the room on the lake side!
Beautiful view on the lake however, the service was not up to standard.
The breakfast options were very poor for a 4-star hotel, and the housekeeping wasn't up to standard. During our 5 days stay in the hotel, the toilet bowl was never cleaned. There is no slippers, no soap, nor a shower cap offered in the room. The bath mat was not changed as well, even though it was soaked. The hotel is at walking distance from downtown but it is not pedestrian friendly, so most people take cabs to travel the few meters that separate them from the shops and restaurants. Bottom line, I don't recommend this hotel !
Stayed 4 days in this really wonderful hotel for a 3 day seminar which was held onsite by my company. The location on the most favorable spot in Annecy, overlooking Annecy from a short distance, seeing the lake and the mountains. One might find the walk to the city center somewhat long but I found it refreshing.
The hotel offers very clean and comfortable rooms with different layouts. The breakfast has plenty of choice and will give you a good start of the day. Hotel staff is helpful, kind and provide service with a smile! Thank you!
Wonderful experience at this hotel. The view of the lake is magnificent! Beautiful setting. Was here for work, I would love to come back as it is quite romantic on the balcony overlooking the lake.
Meals were well prepared. It s a short walk into town and the town is also spectacular. Don t hesitate to stay here. Completely fantastic experience.
I stayed here a few years back I must say I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is a few blocks away from the old town but that did not bother me as I travel light. I asked for a top floor room as I always do and my wish came true with small but comfortable and quiet room. The pool and spa were amazing and so were the views . The staff was very friendly too, and yes I will stay here again. Annecy is a must visit place once in a life time. Good food great desserts great farmers markets and quaint building.
