I had Anderson Tate and Carr deal with a contested conservatorship. Needless to say, I found it difficult to get in touch with the attorney and it became very expensive quickly as each email or correspondence was charged. I would recommend to go elsewhere.

I was represented by Melody Glouton during a contested Conservatorship. Beware of this firm. They nickel and dime you for every email, etc that they have with you. Also, I did not find Melody to be responsive. I was never able to call her and get her on the line.

Have known Brad Carr for many years & he's helped on a number of issues and it's all 5 Star (here you go-- five-star-Carr LOL) In the last year, my wife and I went through some pretty complex "eldercare issues" including dealing with POA's surrounding Alzheimers & dementia requiring some complex guardianship / conservatorship issues, and ultimately estate settlement through probate. Brad sent us to Melody Glouton who has this as her specialty. Nice to have a "full bench" at ATC for all areas of representation. These areas are highly complex and when you are dealing with family members they can be emotional as well. We were at peace with all of it since we were able to lean on Melody. If you are dealing with "Sandwich generation" stuff we strongly recommend connecting with ATC to make sure you have a road map through it all. Much can be avoided if you get in "early in the process". Thanks ATC!

Didn t like the way they charged me $300 to write a letter summarizing the services they did for me. I never requested this (why would I?) - the firm partner that I was working with just wanted to keep the remainder of the $5000 retainer I previously paid her.

Unfortunately, I did not have much of an experience to speak about. Either they have no customer skills, or it's a really understaffed firm. It's been 2 days since I left a message. I guess business is good, but the customer experience sucks! I guess that my business is not valued.

We paid $50k to Patrick McDonough. In almost 2 years, his client has yet to even receive a bond hearing. Without reading the discovery or personally researching the case, he advised an innocent man to take a guilty plea. He's still in jail and we are at a loss.
