He was ready to help but I was at work and not able to do any troubleshooting. Without hesitating Shawn told me he would be available in the evening and gave me his mobile number. Stopped by the showroom for a demonstration of a chair lift. Mike (the owner) gave me a full demonstration and answered all questions I had. I decided to buy it and scheduled an installation at my mother-in-laws house. The installer (Rob) did an excellent installation and showed my mother-in-aw how to use it. Highly recommended!
