Receptionist very welcoming whether it is physical or by phone! Clean room and comfortable bed! I loved my stay at this hotel. If I could put 20 stars, I would do it without hesitation

The rooms to be Paris and what they are worth are not bad. Worse, the carpet in the hotel (also in rooms), smelled of dust much ... The hotel itself was not dirty but the carpet was not clean impression ...
Irreproachable home, small but comfortable room. Well located when you want to go to La Villette.
Good reception but the rooms are really too small and the street is noisy.
This place is tiny! Barely enough room for a double bed, when they say "cozy" they mean closet! you definitely can find better for the price! Disappointed.
Excellent. Friendly staff Comfortable rooms Near the metro station.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and the rating is positive. The best thing was the friendliness of the reception staff and the value for money. The room was simple, but it was clean and we found no inconvenience. The only problem we had was that the bathroom was very cold (there is no heating, just an air conditioner -which also generates heat-) and that the water did not come out very hot. However, this last point we discussed with reception and was solved. We recommend it
A very decent hotel for what you're paying for. Great connections, decent AC, friendly staff and okay bed. But considering the amount you have to pay for this in Paris, this was for sure a great deal.
Hotel very good, I put especially 5 stars for the staff very smiling, very welcoming, nothing to complain about!
I had a reservation at the hotel, and as the room prices went up they canceled it for me. First they put the excuse that I had not booked with a credit card, then I put the number on the credit card and they said it was not valid. They are scammers
Hole in sheets, shower cabin very dirty hole in carpet + carpet smelled, parking used to cost them 15 and turned out not to be theirs, but an abandoned parking / dump, breakfast super poor, breakfast room not clean.
Hotel was clean and tidy, however upon arrival, the car park was full even though I had booked parking prior to arrival. Disappointing after a 7 hour drive
Bedroom on the ground floor. A lot of noise. Average cleanliness. At 120 euros per night, big disappointment.
Great new small hotel! With a gym also!! Really good, nice reception, near the canal, a nice spring area where to have dinner. Restaurant, cinema and markets just at 5 minuts. Best to reserve in advance! Elevator to all floors, baggage room and free wifi.
A little outdated but good bedding and quality service 3 small stars in view of the size of the room and the bathroom
Pictures unfortunately do not reflect the actual hotel its self. Rooms where small. No English TV channels. Area is a bit rough of a night time.
THIEVES !!! I have nothing more to say. They made me pay twice the price of my stay on the pretext that it was a "bank imprint" and I have been waiting for my money for 2 weeks (134 euros)
A AVOID !!!
I intend to go and file a complaint against this hotel.
Hotel is small, room is neat and is cleaned well in the morning.
Breakfast is limited, location is ok, metro around the corner so you are in the center.
Well. But my room was less spacious
But overall it's okay.
Really very good. Impeccable, quiet rooms. Hearty breakfast with real coffee ... and a welcoming, smiling and very attentive staff. I highly recommend this establishment.
The staff at Hotel Tilde are great - friendly, welcoming and English speaking if your French is rusty. The hotel is right off of metro line 7, so while the hotel is a bit far from the tourist attractions it's an easy ride into the city. The rooms are neat and excellent value for the cost.
I had the opportunity to sleep at the Tilde for 2 weeks. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Very modern rooms, nice and clean. He is well placed. Only downside: we hear a little cars that pass on the avenue but it's normal we are in Paris. I recommend this hotel!
God value, friendly staff and great location. Highly recommended
Small Parisian hotel rather well located (metro). Like many hotels the sound insulation is to be reviewed. The room is not properly ventilated (vmc hs?) In view of the wallpaper peeled down window and mold present at window seals or in the shower. Breakfast more than adequate compared to the price offered. The person who greeted us was very helpful a big plus.
Friendly and clean hotel, accessible 24 hours a day, I was much less welcome to be woken in the middle of the night by American guests who thought they were the only guests of the hotel and who were screaming in the hallway
Hotel ready metro, with the channel 2 minutes, correct. Good quality price. Very welcoming staff.
A pure scam !!! From 3 stars the manager has to pay for them without laughing. I detail I call to book by asking if there is parking (the basis for 3 stars ...) the lady says yes, reservation received by email 15 More
Nice, clean and comfortable and near to everything.
Fantastic, cozy rooms and top notch service, impeccable cleanliness and TOP staff. Book parking if you need it.
Very poor reception at the reception by a young lady noisy room uncomfortable bedding
Not slept but it seems very good. Very warm welcome and smiling staff
My favorite hotel. The only hotel where I managed to make a real baby night. Sleeping at the top both the mattress and pillow, the staff just adorable! I plan to come back so much I felt like home
Very satisfactory room, excellent reception and close to a metro station.
Very close to Riquet and Stalingrad metro station. Small rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Clean room with aircon, conveniently close to the canal and metro station. Small shower room.
I stayed for 5 nights with my Mom and we had such a great experience. Hotel Tilde is really close with 2 metro station (Riquet and Stalingrad, the closest one is Riquet). The room was not spacious but it was beautiful and comfortable with stone ornament on the wall. They clean up the room and change the towel (if we want) every single day. They also provided a Nespresso machine for coffee and tea. The bathroom was also nice and clean. They didn't have a safe box but we didn't experience any issue because of that. They are bakery and cake shop, fruit shop, and City by Carrefour next to the hotel. The staffs were also very nice. We were allowed to have a late check out. It was really worth the price and it exceeded our expectation for a 3-star hotel. We will definitely come back to Hotel Tilde if we visit Paris again one day!
Made a booking through booking.com, canceled the same day. Do not get a refund and may not stay overnight. I have to pay again. Don't think so !!!!!
If you like to sleep above the metro, have a semblance of breakfast, do not have the room cleaned, or change of towels for a week, have the smell of sewer risers and as a bonus animals running on the walls (video has the support) if in addition you wish to attend an argument of the staff in front of the customers of fine morning ... well go ahead it is only a little more than 100 euros a night
Ah yes, I almost forgot, if you want to use the soap bottles from the previous client half empty in the shower ... well you just have to raise your head or lower it to lift the speudo mouth plugs filled with hair ... (the video is still supported) so good night people
Positive staff.Enjoyable stay.My room was small but had all i asked for.Clean tidy.Conti breakie in mornings.Close to metro train station or short ( 8)taxi ride from Gare de Nore train station Close to all manner of cafes and food. Will stay again
Good Service, nice rooms
Not the best District but it's ok if you're searching something cheap
Spartan but clean rooms
The twin beds are small and the mattresses are too soft
Rooms are poorly soundproofed from outside and inside noise
Friendly and attentive staff
At the price shown this hotel is just ok
Small but a functional hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean.
Old carpet on the stairs, the ramp does not hold.
The room is ok.
The bedding is comfortable but it is two small beds glued to each other.
We stayed here for two nights.
The hospitality tray has not been changed.
Warm water for showering and some missing channels on TV (2,3 and Canal +)
When this has been reported to the reception, the answer is that the owner is aware of this problem but nothing has been done yet. For TV, the hostess did not know what was channel + channel ...
She tried to reach her boss but obviously, nothing new since, despite three passages at the reception, we are still waiting for his call ...
We were on the 2nd floor and heard the passages of the metro.
In short, to avoid.
Do not deserve 3 stars
Nice hotel located directly at the subway station Riquet. The room was small but clean. Unfortunately, the drain in the bathroom smelled a little bit to the nearby canal. In the room there was a Kaffeemaschiene, where you could also prepare tea. The reception was very friendly.
A very nice very good team welcomes. Impeccable room. Good value for money Paris intramuros.
Marco Cetamayotte.
If the prices of the reserves go up (offer / demand) they do everything to cancel the reservation you have made. They leave you lying and do not care about the customer. I DO NOT recommend that you book ...
The lady at the reception was very pleasant, charming little hotel and well located, but unfortunately the room was much too small and a very unpleasant smell when entering the room
Always very clean and very friendly staff! Close to the subway!
Great hotel, completely renovated, very clean, nice rooms well equipped, Nespresso machine in rooms. Friendly staff. I recommend.
This place is great! Super cute and newly remodeled. It even had a coffee machine INSIDE the room!!! The only hotel we stayed at in Europe that had free coffee! Super big plus for us! The hotel is literally 10 meters from the front door of the hotel. Very convenient! About 25-30 minutes to Gare De Lyon Station. About 15 minutes to the Pyramids (Louvre). Lastly the staff was so incredibly sweet even though we checked in late. I come from the States where customer service is highly valued. The staff here did not disappoint! Budget friendly too. Will recommend this place to family and friends!
Very good home staff super nice and nice. At the level of the rooms can be too much carpets that let appear the tasks .... the night was good.hotel ok.
Really great hotel
Very welcoming and pleasant staff.
Comfortable clean room
I really recommend
Nearby shops bakery cinema metro (5 and 7) fastfood .... Gare de l'Est and Nord not far
Staff were amazing. Room was comfy and the shower was hot! I have seen complaints about the place being too small. This is Europe, not North America... Space comes at a premium. Want bigger, pay more.
Check out the local cafes and bars. Very accommodating and friendly. Our French is basic at best, but we still tried and that goes a long way.
Location after dark felt a tad uncomfortable. But many cities when seen by someone who is new to them appear this way also.
The ladies at the reception are very friendly. They make you feel comfortable. The two stars are for them and for the cleanliness of the room I got.
I was initially assigned a room on the ground floor, which is in the corridor leading to the elevator (so you hear the door slam each time you walk through). We can all hear what's going on at the reception, the noise coming from the street, not to mention the vibrations of the building with each passing train. They kindly allocated me another room on the 5th floor, which was much better and much quieter despite the sewage smell coming from the bathroom.
And finally, the fire alarm that wakes you up at 9 am when you have decided to get some sleep. Lots of little details that will keep you down on a short stay.
I wouldn't come back, it's a shame.
Not bad, the rooms are comfortable and the person very friendly. By cons the neighborhood is noisy! The breakfast is a little frugal.
Had a booking during the riots. I phoned the hotel to ask for advice about the rioting and whether it was safe for tourists. Dipon, the assistant understood every word I said except for riot, war, fighting apparently. He became very defensive about cancellation terms then hung up. I phoned back to advise him about his rude behaviour and he claimed I was rude for for asking questions when he was so busy dealing with a queue of customers in front of him. He asked me if it was my first time in Paris and how I knew about Paris being unsafe. According to him he had not seen anything on the news or otherwise about riots in Paris. A rude negligent liar. Riot or no riot I would have zero trust in staying here anyway.
Receptionist barely speaking French on the phone: Result, total misunderstanding. He tells me that a room is available.
We arrive with our luggage by taxi, and on the spot he tells me that in fact there is no room and refuses to pay us the taxi to find another solution at 11 pm. No thanks for the welcome! to flee.
Pleasant welcome. Friendly team. Hotel close to amenities (restaurants, bars ...). A quality three star hotel. I recommend !
Decent sized rooms. Alright showers. Great water pressure! TV in room. Free breakfast. Super legit coffee maker/machine thing. Super nice staff.
Nice hotel for a short stay.
The rooms are smaller but sufficient for 1-2 people and 3-4 nights.
+ The ladies at the reception are super nice and accommodating
+ The connection to the means of transport is optimal
- The cleanliness could be improved. Stains in the carpet, slight mold in the bathroom and broken hooks.
- The "breakfast" is very disappointing. Due to Corona there was only a packed lunch with a banana, a mini roll, croissant, rusks and a biscuit. For a proud 9 euros.
To get out of trouble or to spend a night, the neighborhood is not good and according to the girl at the reception it is not safe to leave the car on the street, parking is 15 euros a night which in Paris I consider to be in price.
Very welcome, warm. Small defects, room not made upon arrival, door to room that closes badly, shower handle broken. But despite everything, very good for sleeping and good breakfast where you can use at will!
Nice hotel, just renovated, clean and tidy, in a up and coming area of Paris. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel.
Perfect, clean, affordable .. welcoming, top team. well done
My opinion: I recommend 20/20
The good thing about this Hotel is that it is close to the metro a good location and very friendly staff
The bad, we got Room 001 near Reception where all the client passes to go to their Rooms .. The window gave a lot of noise to the street .. the bathroom a misery seemed the typical pool showers .. and the buffet breakfast every morning the same
Friendly staff very nice breakfast very good establishment
For the price, a good hotel. Everything is very fresh and the room is comfortable, it's sound isolated, the air conditioning works fine, the bed is comfy etc.
Pluses:
-great location to the public transport
-many nice food places within a 5-20 minute walk
-really nice gym opportunity with 2-20 kg, dumbbells, New cardio machines, also some really scary big machine (no mirror though)
-amazing bakery right next door
-the staff seemed really nice and welcoming
Minuses
-our room smelled a bit weird, but it was fine
-you have to leave your key at the front desk (there's always someone in the reception)
-no trash can in the room
-room is comfy but small. there aren't any drawers and only one shelf, so there isn't anywhere to keep clothes etc and things get everywhere
The breakfast didn't look to be worth the price so we didn't take it
Hotel ok but 1 room forgotten on a reservation of 4 ...
Good place of residence, well placed and easy to access. Friendly welcome.
Very welcome, very friendly staff and very reasonable price for the quality of the rooms and the service.
Nice modern Hotel, with very good connection to the metro and tasty breakfast! The 2 reasons for the 2 star reduction are: 1. Room condition: Our room was smelling like cigarette smoke, the Pillow was also smelling bad. The stairwell smelled fouly and the bathroom looks not as on the promotion pictures 2. The Organisation of the hotel: The staff often was confused and our room was not cleaned on our second day.
In case Hotel Tilde can improve on the two mentioned points we can recommend the Hotel.
No!!! We feel a vibration when the metro passes! We visited the room a young man at the reception not great not very confident there is humidity in the room it stinks and it is dirty the air conditioning is just the name it makes too much noise in short I recommend no one to sleep there
Tiniest hotel room I ve ever stayed in, but if you re in Paris, you should be out seeing the sights anyways. It was sufficient for a 5 night stay at the end of a month long holiday through Europe, and we really weren t in the room much. We were unable to get an extra pillow until our last night. Lobby staff were very nice.
Nice reception, however, the price is very expensive compared to the quality. A single tea bag for two, a double bed that is actually two single mattresses. The shower is not so clean ... In short for the most expensive room there are some caveats, including the comfort of the mattress is not at the rendezvous. However, the decor is modern, and the floor is pleasant, it hides footsteps that can be annoying at night. However there is from time to time the jolts and the thump of the subway. After all we are in Paris, it's normal. We do not come to a hotel for TV, but the arrangement is made so that we can not see it while being on the bed. In short, it's not worth 200 for two for the night
Friendly hotel staff. I came to spend one night, I was assigned an attic room much too small for two people, in the end I was changed room following my request and I thank the gesture. The other room allocated was still small but a little more spacious. The rooms are well decorated. Aside from that I did not like the area where the hotel is located and moreover not taken in the bathroom. I still had a good night
Extremely pleasant welcome. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. A bit noisy but this is normal in this sector. Breakfast is rather simple but for the price it remains reasonable.
Very good home, room really very very nice. The breakfast was fresh too. I came with my girlfriend. I will surely return ...
The receptionist very rude, not discreet, Arrogant, too curious from the first Approach
He speaks very loudly
Very disappointed
Nice hotel, small room, and bathroom is even smaller. Room is comfortable but bathroom not so comfortable. nice and friendly staff and good location!
Great hotel to stay overnight. The staff is friendly, the decor is nice and there is a choice for breakfast. The only downside is the size of the rooms, which are very small, but it fits perfectly if you just come to sleep.
Friendly and helpful staff, perfect decor but the rooms are ridiculously small even no room for a suitcase. Bathroom and toilet pocket tissues. No heating in the bathroom. In the room the air conditioning is too close to the headboard, to sleep it is necessary to turn off the heating. No sound insulation I had the impression of being in a dormitory and not in a single room. I understood every word uttered by my roommates. Do not deserve absolutely three stars
Room side boulevard, much too noisy (car noises continuously, preventing sleep)
Non-opaque curtains allowing the light of the reverberes to pass
Hotel very nice, clean. A gym available, reception always available. And a breakfast without extravagance but effective. I recommend.
Good reception, delicious breakfast, however some information is not at stake when booking online.
