Very arrogant and unfriendly, speaks in a highly condescending tone.
It is sufficient for short stays, but the rooms are quite small and not quite as clean and modern. In Corona times, breakfast is only served in lunch bags, which unfortunately did not work at all on departure. So breakfast is not worth the money.
The staff is very friendly and the location is really excellent. :)
Very good value for money. The rooms are clean and pretty. The staff is welcoming the breakfast to look nice. Very comfortable bed.
The only notable flaw is the brightness in the room once the lights are off (street + hallway) and perhaps the lack of insulation between the door and the hallway. It must be understood that for 20 more you have worse in hotels chains. I highly recommend this one.
Staff really on top! Very comfortable bed and nothing to say about the cleanliness. Gym available. Metro stop just steps away. Breakfast certainly a little expensive but complete. Small flat: room a little small. The hotel is located in the 19th but the access to the city center and tourist places is not a problem.
We stayed 5 days, it is very close to the metro, the only good thing. In our room the bathroom smelled terrible, even closing the door you could sleep from the smell and cleaning a bit lousy.
Great convenient location, clean rooms. Quaint but sufficient. Excellent friendly staff.
