Friendly and helpful staff, perfect decor but the rooms are ridiculously small even no room for a suitcase. Bathroom and toilet pocket tissues. No heating in the bathroom. In the room the air conditioning is too close to the headboard, to sleep it is necessary to turn off the heating. No sound insulation I had the impression of being in a dormitory and not in a single room. I understood every word uttered by my roommates. Do not deserve absolutely three stars
