The truth is disappointing. 500 usd a night so that the water comes out warm and the wifi in the room does not arrive directly. Everything is heard in the halls. Especially the hotel staff with the Inter communicators from very early. Not worth it a bit. The only good thing is that it is located inside the park, nothing more. But it is not worth it !!!!!!!

Well worth the all inclusive price. Recommend getting a room as far from the restaurant as possible. I had the very last room and glad I did, otherwise you'll probably be hearing doors constantly slamming and everyone walking by going to the restaurant.
I recommend the specialty drinks in the bar, the brothers have won many awards for them.

For the bar only (did not stay at hotel). Attentive English-speaking staff, good food and INCREDIBLE award-winning cocktails prepared with local botanicals and served in elaborate fashion. A fabulous way to start or end a day trekking the Torres!

Very clean, excellent food and staff, breakfast included has multiple options ranging from eggs to pasties. Situated next to the most attractive trail makes life easy. It is not cheap but offers location and good amaneties in exchange.

An absolute highlight of our South America trip! Superb staff with a sensational breakfast buffet. Large rooms with even larger beds. The hotel is located in the middle of the national park in an absolute dream location. Starry sky included. Any time.

The crew was unhelpful and my guess is that it has to do with how cheap the ownership is. If they treat their employees like they treat the customers that is. 75 usd for a small bag of laundry. The all inclusive visit is a joke they give you a plastic bracelet like you re in a rave... anything not included is way overpriced. And I m keeping the worst for last. The excursions we booked months ahead were changed even though we made sure via numerous emails that we get our specific plan. As if our plans are meaningless... and no apologies only excuses. An embarrassing customer service. We were treated like they re doing us a favor when they couldn t even do the basics of the job title they hold. Horrible place they deserve -1 stars. The food is the only good thing but not enough to compensate.

Really like their sustainable movement with all the utensils and eco friendly garden produce. After our base hike for 6.5 hours on a sunny day, a cold beer and a juicy burger with a shrimp salad was exactly what we needed.

Incredible hotel. It sits right at the base of the mountains, with dramatic views behind. You can walk to the Torres del Paine trailhead from their front door. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast and dinner there was fantastic - fish was cooked wonderfully, ceviche super tasty. Dessert quite good. Excellent wine selection. Breakfast was a buffet. Bar in the center of the hotel was nice, with large windows to see the outside. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Seafood from the menu was not fresh. For a hotel of this level it is unacceptable.
Were on the 3 day all inclusive program. One of the guides was unprofessional and aggressive. Unfortunately got on 2 trips with her.

Nice but expensive hotel. The dinner is fixed price and costs about 31 000 pesos. If you want to have it cheaper you can eat at the bar. We did an horseback riding and hiking tour with a guide called Valentina. It was really nice and i can only recommend it.

I honestly cannot say how amazing it was staying there. The staff was so amazing and accommodating; we literally had a conversation about how their answer is Let me figure out a way instead of I don t know or no, they FOUND a way to make everything that we asked for work. One example of how different they were than any other services we have had (even in the US), they remembered the menus that we liked, we did not have to ask for a Vegetarian menu, or a dessert menu, or Water vs. soda, they remembered our preferences from the first night and we had to ask for anything hardly. We rain or shine, convenient or inconvenient. Ah, and the food, the best food I ate on this entire trip to Argentina/Chile. The following night we talked about how much we had missed the food.

The hotel is 3 stars - shower is warm, never hot, heat didn't work very well, some of the staff were fantastic and others were not. Drinks from the bar are original and amazing, but food order was never placed. The hotel earns the fourth star with location - you literally walk out the door to the base of Torres del Paine trailhead, and with the restaurant. Breakfast was amazing, and after hiking the base of Torres del Paine, I had the best meal of Chile at the restaurant - great service and great food!

Torres hotel was our final stop in the park. We spent one night here. It's a well-connected hotel with free transfers from Laguna Amarga where buses from Puerto Natales leave you. You can see the famous Torres from here and also take another trek down towards Los Cuernos. I would recommend you stay two nights here.

If you planning to only do hotels in Torres del Paine this is tour best option to see parts of the W trek.

The rooms were super cosy so was the lobby and the restaurant. The views were good but when we stayed it was cloudy so we didn't see the beauty. Maybe you'll have more luck

The staff here are exceptional. The food at the restaurant was also very good. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains. Location next to the trailhead for the Mirador Base Las Torres hike is very convenient. Only major downside was that it was eye-wateringly expensive. Oh, and the bathtub is very slippery, I injured myself, almost quite seriously. Could use some adhesive ducks.

Spectacular hotel at the foot of the certain del Paine. We were all inclusive for 3 nights. Exquisite staff, excellent catering for quality, service and preparation of dishes. Excursions included with highly trained guides. The only drawback: we speak English and Spanish, but for us Italians it is quite simple to understand Spanish.

Can't say much more about the experience. We've been in very nice hotels and have travelled all over the world. The entire staff is wonderful and are very attentive and caring. We have more days but the food, drink, excursions and everything I've missed are amazing.

Extremely friendly and warm staffs! Very helpful for any incident. Delicious food and atmosphere. We enjoyed "Base Las Torres" excursion, and the view was breathe-taking! The hiking guide and horse-riding guide were both very professional, even beginners like us could manage the whole excursion.

A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. WE STAYED THE NIGHT OF 09/24 TO SPEND OUR ANNIVERSARY. THE DINNER WAS A CATASTROPHE, HORRIBLE ATTENTION, VERY RARE AND SUPER EXPENSIVE DISHES.
WE HAD THE WAITER APOLOGIZING ALL NIGHT. MY WOMAN EATS THE MEAT WELL COOKED, SO WE ASK FOR "WELL COOKED". WHEN THE FOOD ARRIVED, THE MEAT WAS RAW !!! AND IT WAS REPEATED TWICE MORE ........... THEY DID NOT HAVE ICE, THE LETTER WAS SUPER SCARCE AND THE LUNCH TOO. THE MENU HAD NO PRICES, SO WHEN THE ACCOUNT ARRIVED, WE WERE SURPRISED THAT IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN EATING IN NEY YORK !!!
WE ASKED FOR THE WINE LIST, THEY TOLD US THAT IT WAS BETTER TO BRING THE RECOMMENDED THOSE AS THE SEASON JUST BEGAN, THERE WERE MANY MISSING LABELS. IT WAS A LIE, WHEN WE GOT UP TO PAY, WE SEE THAT AT THE BACK OF THE MISS WHO COBRABA, A REFRIGERATOR FULL OF WINES. OF COURSE, THEY SOLD US THE MOST EXPENSIVE SAYING THAT IT WAS THE "ONLY THING". WE ENDED EATING A BURGER
IN THE BAR THAT IS NEXT TO THE RECEPTION.
WHEN I TALKED ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE TO THE PERSON WHO CHARGED US FOR THE STAY, THE ONLY THING HE SAID WAS "I'm sorry."
THE ONLY THING THEY WANTED TO DO WAS SELL US EVERYTHING THE MOST EXPENSIVE THERE WAS. AN EXCELLENT WAY TO SPARK TOURISTS. MMUYY BAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY TOURIST. PESIMO WITH ALL THE LETTERS.
THE LANDSCAPES ARE BEAUTIFUL, THERE ARE OTHER HOTELS IN WHICH THEY RECEIVE AND TREAT YOU VERY WELL. THIS IS DISGUSTING.
LESS EVEN WE WENT TO ANOTHER NEARBY HOTEL AND WE WON'T LET OUR ANNIVERSARY WALK RUIN US.
DO NOT GO TO THAT HOTEL.
OR GO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD.

We ate at the restaurant after the Mirador Las Torres hike. The food was very good, and prices were surprisingly reasonable. Drink prices were high though. We asked our waitress if the border crossing closed (it does), and she said we needed to leave within 5 minutes. They wrapped up all of our food to go very quickly, and we were able to make it across the border. They were very accommodating.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an exceptional experience. We did the all inclusive package, the "W in comfort" and a horseback ride to see the park highlights. The guides were so fun and knowledgeable and the package made it easy to just trek and enjoy the beautiful park and not worry about logistics. This really was a trip of a lifetime for us. I would highly recommend staying here!! Photo taken on the boat to hike the French valley.

It's a 4 star hotel, quite expensive and it's not worth it. The crew in high season cannot handle and treat the guest as they should. They gave me a regular room with mattresses collapsing instead of superior room as ordered and paid. The excursions booked well in advanced (and confirmed) were not fulfilled. It is the management that doesn't handle the workers and they do stupid things. For example the croissant for breakfast they prepare in the evening and let it stay all night instead of just preparing them in the morning. Other people were lucky, sorry this wasn't my case

Great place, very clean. Rooms are big and comfy, our room had a great view of the landscape. Our bathroom even had a bathtub. Food could be less fancy and more tasty (no simple options like normal soups and steak and fries, which is what you want after a hike).

Had a wonderful two night stay at Las Torres. Did two excursions with the guides - an 8-hour trek to the base of the towers on the first day and a horseback riding to the lake on the second day. Guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. The facilities at the hotel are brilliant too. We had a really cozy room with a nice shower. The food at the restaurant was delicious: lots of choice on offer and fantastic presentation. The cocktails at the bar are also world-class standard. I hope I get the chance to return to the hotel some day!

We were only there one night. The rooms are great and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not much for us vegans, but that was to be expected. The room and the food in the restaurant were however disproportionately expensive. Had we not been a bit of a boisterous hike for several days, we would not have taken the room.

We didn't actually stay here but had an incredible experience with the staff in the welcome/cafe/bus waiting center. Our rental car's had been given us some trouble. Door locks were locked while in open position so the doors won't close. Note there is no cell phone signal here, no garage repair shop here, it's in the middle of nowhere. And we need to hike to Camp Chileno for overnight stay soon. The car need to be parked here for two days and nights and most of our luggages will be in the car for the duration. Although it's okay to leave the car unlocked for two days since the Patagonia regions are very safe but if the car's doors are open then it's really not good. After fiddling around for half an hour to no avail, we asked the attendant at the front desk to help. To our surprise, he said he will get someone to help us. Heetee(hope I spelled his name correctly), and another woman in the center, tirelessly helped us for 1.5 hours to unlock the locks so all three doors can be closed probably. We cannot say enough "thank you" to Heetee and the lady, and to the wonderful people of Chile. In fact, wherever we go in Chile, people are just incredibly nice, and very helpful.

Very good hotel at the foot of the "Torres". The rooms are very comfortable, the setting is very nice and the restaurant offers a varied and very original menu, bringing up to date the cuisine of southern Chile a little forgotten and using organic products grown in the garden of the hotel . Excellent choice for a stay in the national park.

Disappointing visit. We booked six months ahead and asked for a nice view for our honeymoon.. They gave us the closest to the bar on the wrong side of the mountain, which was super noisy - we had to complain at 11pm for quiet. Not good when spending so much money.

Great comfort with an incredible view of Almirante Nieto mountain, the closest hotel to reach the base towers, the most emblematic place, perfect stay where you can enjoy Spa, horseback riding, trekking, tasting drinks and typical foods of the area. Very kind workers and willing to help you with any doubt you have.

The location of the hotel is very good, behind the Torres del Paine mountains. The hotel has a large space, the counter speaks English and is very friendly. WiFi is provided and the speed is good. The hotel has four shuttle buses a day to the entrance of the national park Laguna amargara

We were brought to this hotel in error (we had a booking at a different but somewhat similarly named hotel), but wished that we had been able to stay - the staff (Jacqueline & her colleague) were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we got to our hotel, calling the travel agent for us (as we spoke no Spanish) and arranging our onward transfer. While waiting, we had a very nice dinner & drinks at their restaurant. Many thanks for your help! :)
