Had a wonderful time at the Las Torres Hotel. Quite expensive but it's also in the middle of nowhere and the only real hotel in the area. This is generally an all inclusive place but we booked just a room in the last minute. They have a wide variety of activities you can enroll in. Our aim was to just make it a place to stay and chill for two nights and to do the hike to the Torres and one more afternoon to wander around in the area. We decided to take horses to get from Torres Central to Refugio Chileno. From there we continue on foot. The views are beautiful but since we aren't very experienced hikers, this saved us walking around 10km in all. The hike was tiring, could definitely be done on foot like the majority of the people and was absolutely worth it. The hotel only does guided excursions with the horse which is slightly more expensive but you can also opt to take a horse taxi which does not include a guide and food. The hotel itself was great, very friendly and helpful staff, well equipped, good food and service.

I was in 2017. Very expensive, both the accommodation and the restaurant. It is not worth what they charge. The room had a door that separated it from the one next to it and you could hear the noises. No place to put the suitcases, narrow ...

Very bad value for money
Positive: it is inside the park, the magnificent views
Good service
The excursions they offer are correct and attractive
Negative:
Small and noisy rooms. We heard the thing from the corridor and, in our case, as there was a door connecting to the next room, we heard the one next to us snoring. The door looked like cardboard.
On the bedside tables there is no plug that allows the mobile phone and also the lamp to be connected. Plug deficit.
We had the suitcases on the mini-table and on the only stool there was. The third on the ground. We had to stoop to put things away.
It has no closet. Some exposed shelves.

Wifi. It only worked in common areas and bad. It seems that the signal only gives for whatsapp. Above you have to put the password from time to time, even if you do not leave the hotel.
In the bathroom, little room for toiletry bags. No bidet, no removable shower. Tile joints require a jet of bleach.

The architecture, with those long corridors and rooms on either side, doesn't make you feel comfortable, it's not cozy.
The dining room is at the end of a very long corridor. You have to go between rooms. When you finish the corridor, you have to go outside, into the open, to access the dining room, which is in an annex. So if it rains, you get wet.
The music at breakfast is too loud and repetitive. At those hours you want tranquility.
In the bar, the music is too loud. Difficult to hold a conversation.

I have not felt comfortable and less considering the prices. In short: I WOULD NOT REPEAT. I think they take advantage of the fact that they have no competition.

An expensive but very nice place to eat lunch at the end of a long trekking trip through the park. Not sure about the lodging, but bar and restaurant were very good and had an awesome mountain view!

+ The location is really strategic for those who want to spend a few days in the park for trekking and excursions. The staff is very friendly: from the reception, to the bar, the restaurant to the ladies who bring the chocolate in the afternoon. They are all kind and smiling.
The excursion offer is wide. The restaurant has a local high quality menu and also the bar is very good.

- The rooms were a disappointment. For a place where the main activities are trekking and horse riding, rooms shouldn t have the moquette on the floor. Although they are cleaned, the floor remains dirty with residues brought in by trekking boots or horse boots. In addition, the rooms have very thin walls, you hear everything that happens in the corridor, in the reception, at the bar and in the adjacent rooms. With the result that it is difficult to fall asleep and you wake up at 6 am with the first people getting up. A real disaster. In addition, the windows in our room were not well insulated, air came in from the drafts.
Another sore point concerns the Wi-Fi service: it works only in common areas and disconnects repeatedly during each session.
__________

Altra nota dolente riguarda il servizio Wi-Fi: funziona solo nelle aree comuni e si scollega ripetutamente durante ogni sessione.

Torres del Paine is a spectacular national park. The problem is that there are not many places to sleep. What is sensational about the hotel is that it is inside the park and next to the welcome center. I liked the bar, the food maybe expected a little more, the rooms very good, excellent breakfast and brilliant attention. It is a luxury to be able to sleep there, if you can do not hesitate. Worth it

I went to visit this hotel during my trip to torres del paine. It is very beautiful, it has a small museum where you can learn about the fauna and flora of the region. 5 start service. I had a nice cocktail recommended by the kind waiter which proved delicious (cumbres was the name of it). Staff at reception assisted me to find my lost laptop which I had forgotten on the bus since they work in some sort of partnership with refugio torres. lovely atmosphere.

We had a very nice experience here. Very luxurious for being in the national park itself. The torres can be easily done as a day hike from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant is ok, tastes great after a long hike. The rooms are a little pricey, but thats what you expect being in a National Park. Good news is they don't gauge you for everything else.

We stayed at this extremely high priced hotel for three nights. The cost for the three nights was $3,400 which was definitely not worth it. The food was not up to par for a high end resort as it was rather mediocre. I was disappointed in the meats as would have expected to be cooked to my liking and of better quality especially since we were in the meat capital of Patagonia! The service was mediocre, many of the employees did not speak English nor bother to have someone else assist us. The tours were satisfactorily but not on par for the price. We were rushed to select the tours at the beginning of our stay and the representative failed to provide us all the pros and cons for each tour. We selected the Glacier Grey which was disappointing and noway compared to Perito Moreno Glacier outside of the Park. We did enjoy Torres Del Paine National Park but do not recommend staying here for the overall value.
