It has the glamor of the chain with forgotten elements in the decoration of the rooms. It needs some renewal. My stay was on the 3rd floor. There were details about cleanliness where more care was needed.

Clean, comfortable, sober, what more to ask in a hotel ?. If you also add good treatment, and a well organized and even intuitive distribution, and a breakfast with varied products of excellent quality, just enjoy. The frigobar, a little basic.

As expected. Great place for IHG members. Use taxi, hotel's own car is extremely expensive. Bar is cool. Sandwiches are delicious.

It was a nice hotel and an amazing staff, but unless you are familiar with the area, you may find it a little undesirable. In fact, one of my coworkers was pick pocketed near by (do research safety tips before heading to Buenos Aires). That being said, like I said, the staff was incredibly helpful in helping her resolve the situation of losing one's wallet while abroad (you can imagine that stress!).

They do charge for the gym also, which may be a surprise to some. Food options on-site are plentiful and tasty - even a wine shop. The breakfast buffet...mmm.

Very good hotel Excellent service, breakfast and restaurant well served. There is no smoking area and rooms. And like all hotels, the offer of hiring with payment in installments with a card is missing, unless one does it through one of the intermediary pages of online offers, which, at least, makes me suspect.

Nice older hotel.
Rooms are quiet from the outdoor noise (13th floor room) but noise between the rooms in pretty loud.
Most of the staff are friendly and courteous.

Great hotel with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. I stayed here for 27 nights. The food is good, specially the buffet, but one can get bored when they stay for as long as I did, specially in the evenings when the only restaurant available is Terraza del Virrey

Beautiful hotel ... very good service. In my opinion ... I do not like its location in the middle of so many cut streets and construction sites that make it difficult to travel in the area of the hotel.
