The Hotel is excellent (usual for this chain). The attention of the staff, although it is completely efficient, lacks cordiality. This would make the stay warmer and make one feel welcome

The infrastructure of the hotel is good and well maintained. Professional and cordial treatment. The rooms (17th floor and up) spacious and comfortable. Mediterranean restaurant is optimal and the bar is very cozy. I recommend it.

On August 14th about 10pm. I was attacked brutally by two white guys about 270lbs each ... I weigh about 150lbs. I received cuts above my eye. Then the two guys started to stump me into the ground After the attack Intercontinental security thought I was the aggressor. Im a person of color. I ask the security to call the police. They said, no ! I would never ever stay at this hotel again don't feel safe .... No apology at all from hotel.

Beautiful, without a doubt it is one of my preferences, it is warm comfortable, for lunch or dinner it is fabulous, if you like style and comfort, do not doubt it ... beautiful, ahh for smokers or those who like to my nature, they have a patio with garden that is beautiful. Sorry, the photos do not show how beautiful it is.
