Rather a disappointing, sad and impersonal experience. Superficially 5* but with lots of niggles: Unhelpful reception (although other staff - bar, business - very good), bath tap took two hands to turn and toilet whistled, breakfast cold and tasteless. Overall, seems to be coasting on the patronage of the many airline crews who stay here. Can't deny the great water pressure in the shower though. I think some people below are reviewing the wrong place
