This staff at this hotel is top notch. I stay here every year for an annual event, and it's largely because of the people that work there. The rooms are cute and unique. The hotel itself is within walking distance of anything you could possibly need in downtown Athens. 3-Star Hotel, 5-Star review.

Customer service was great. I forgot my cell phone charger and they let me borrow theirs. Left and item in my room after check out and I got an immediate email from them saying they had it safe at the front desk waiting for me. Room was nice/clean and staff was really friendly.

Hotel Indigo is a unique and upscale place. The bar and outdoor sitting area is cozy and modern. It's a great place to hang out and socialize. The happy hour specials are good as are the drinks themselves. Service was friendly and helpful.

Terrific accommodations and top notch service! I had a large group and the staff was very pleasant. This place deserves 10 stars. The front desk knows how to get things done! Especially, Matthew. He was extremely helpful and I truly appreciate that with such a large group.

Free electric vehicle charging! They have encouraged me to spread the word, as long as the parking lot is not at capacity they will let non-guests charge their EV overnight. Just go to the front desk and ask!

I loved this hotel. The rooms were very clean. The service was great. The staff was very friendly and the beds were decently comfortable. My only complaint is a small one, I wish they had a mini fridge in the room so you could keep leftovers cold.oh and maybe a microwave as well.

It's Green but not so clean. I like the non-carpeted floors, but they need to make sure they're mopping them better. I spilled water in the floor, took a white rag to wipe it up, and my foot print was on the rag made with whatever nasty was on the floor. Doesn't exactly scream confidence. Beds are comfy though, shower fixtures and sinks are nice, I like the room and space of it. The bar and the food us great with wonderful servers!
Bonus: free happy hour 530-630pm!

Remodel is nice and finally a hotel room that has good pillows. Beds are comfortable and rooms were very clean.

Restaurant food was really good as well the cheese fries are amazing.

You are in downtown Athens but the rooms were quiet except for one time when an ambulance rolled by in the middle of the night.

I would classify this as a chic remodel.

I wish the location was a block or so closer to downtown. It is just slightly further than I could walk with a bum knee to get downtown comfortably for a show at the 40 Watt. The nice lady at the front desk offered a heck of a deal to upgrade to a suite and the room was great. Unique music themed decorations hung on the walls in the room. It's was very large, bigger than some apartments I have lived in. Great hotel overall.

Clean facility, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The beds are extremely comfortable and the spacious showers are dreamy. Staying here has been, for me, calming and rejuvenating for sure. The iced tea and/or cucumber/citrus water available on each floor is a nice touch. I've only had room service twice and wasn't super impressed with it, but I also, at the time, didn't want to leave the hotel or order in late-night fast food. I was feeling lazy so I can't really complain. Otherwise, I enjoyed the breakfasts, coffee, and cocktails I've had there. I adore the small art gallery, as well as the art box. Whenever I have a reason to stay in a hotel in Athens, I stay here, and will continue to do so.

The hotel was OK it tried to be too trendy and it got in the way of the basics. Shampoo and conditioner were fancy organic scented type things that did not work well. Everything about the hotel days close but trying too hard.

The staff was good. Rooms clean. Just something was off. All of the tea and coffee were org anic and very low quality. Used backup tea I bring as a just in case.

Love LOVE LOVE this HOTEL! My oldest son told me that I didn't own nice enough clothes to walk in the front door... He was WRONG!! My husband & I reserved a room for the weekend & after driving for hours to get there we looked exhausted & like we had been driving for hours!! And the front desk ppl were nothing but GRACIOUS , KIND AND INCREDIBLY KIND, to us!! Everyday we were there the employees treated us with pride & dignity in their job! They never once looked down on us & we work blue jeans the entire time!!! Thank you INDIGO employees for treated us with kindnees & respect. Your rooms & the entire facility is GORGEOUS!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVRRYONE STAY HERE AT LEAST 1 TIME IN THEIR LIVES!!!

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced drinks. However...when we arrived, our room had obviously not been cleaned. The bed was made but there were crumbs everywhere and sticky counters, and used toiletries in the shower. We let them know, and they quickly cleaned the room for us, no big deal. Three days later, I just checked my credit card bill and they have overcharged me. What should have been about $36 in parking and drink charges is showing up as $90. My fault for not getting a detailed bill at checkout. Disappointed.
UPDATE:
I was contacted by Ryan from Hotel Indigo today and he apologized for the overcharges and issued a credit to my account. I appreciate the quick response from management.

Front desk staff customer service skills were nonexistent. While I appreciated the lack of grungy carpet in rooms, the engineered wood flooring and faux concrete ceilings make for a loud room. Sounds from my neighbor above walking and dropping things were significantly amplified. Air in rooms was stale and chemical smelling. There is no source of fresh air to rooms. Furnishings are cheap; felt like an Ikea furnished dorm room. Rooms were very clean and towels unstained (and I examined closely). Water temperature fluctuated in shower and was tough to maintain good temp. Wall around air register was surrounded by dust blown out of the vent. Mattress not terribly comfortable. Room was very dark. Ordering breakfast from the restaurant to take back to room was unnecessarily complicated and time consuming. Pancakes were provided in unsuitable paper container that rendered them inedible. I would only stay again if a balcony room was available.

My husband and I visited the hotel prior to the wedding to check on our room reservations and to observe the dining area for the rehearsal dinner. The front desk personnel were welcoming and the special events manager was most helpful. The hotel is handsome and the art gallery is interesting. We are hoping for a super stay here for our out of town guests who are attending the wedding.

Didn't actually start at the hotel, I was around for a conference at the convention center. The hotel was within an easy walk for the center and a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment. I visited someone at the hotel and the rooms were really modern and beautiful, felt more like a loft apartment than a hotel room.

I've stayed here twice now, and it is by far the nicest I've stayed in. The suites are nearly the size of my apartment, the staff is accommodating, pets. Are welcome, and the food is delicious. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend staying here.
