Beautiful Hotel very nice with a staff very smiling and helpful to recommend

The terrace of the restaurant and on the Croisette, we eat very well the prices of drinks are slightly high but to be sure the Croisette we do not count
A wide choice of dishes but can the sea damage for a hotel / restaurant that is located 20 m from the sea, the presentation of the dishes are very well done and very tasty I recommend you restaurant in love to please your companion or your family

We stayed one night. There is a great lack of staff. The hotel has aged badly. The clientele is very varied and no longer looks like a high-end clientele. We are very far from the quality offered a few years ago, we feel more filling necessary for the survival of the hotel than a high-end hotel. Pity. The valet are friendly and are very professional.

Hotel that is part of the Cannes landscape including the Croisette. one of the 4 hotels favored by the stars.

Very nice hotel. The service is perfect. Only downside our room was on the 1st floor side street with poor soundproofing. I was waking up several times because of the cars.

Excellent location. Staff were very professional. Only lost one star from myself as the pool on the hotel roof was closed for a day or two during our visit. The rooms were very clean. The other issue I have with Cannes in general and not just the JW Marriott was during the evenings there are people sleeping on the side walks and around the outskirts of the hotel homeless. In the vast wealth of such an area it was just upsetting to see. Overall though I would recommend the hotel and definitely looked one of the better hotels in the area.

Decent place, just too crowded in the high season. Good breakfast, right across the beach. They don t have beach access, you have to rent beach chairs from the restaurants on the beach. They do take their service seriously. Helpful and friendly staff.

I have been several times on the rooftop, frankly it's beautiful. You will have an exceptional view from the height over the bay of Cannes.
The price of drinks is rather reasonable.
I advise you to see / admire the fireworks from the rooftop.
I recommend this place :)

35 for such a breakfast is really disappointing. Minimum is to have good Croissants and Pain au chocolat like in bakeries.

Excellent location, but the hotel is a little tired

A real shame! For a 5-star that is an over-bed in the hair room in the bathtub broken room hardware blockage drain plug clogged so impossible to wash this otherwise flooding noisy air conditioning room with the motel aesthetics! I complained three times at the front desk after discovering it's three problem, I had to spend the holidays with a technician who looked after the clogged latch rather than enjoying my vacation !!!
A scandal I do not recommend I left the room the second night tempis no refund possible but I went to Martinez is really day and night and 10 cheaper and more

It's a little long in the tooth, hopefully they will upgrade it soon.

I was shocked how bad the customer care was, I carried my own luggage from the car to the front desk, my booking was for two rooms they said one room is ready and the other one they are still cleaning it, it took them three hours to get the second room ready and BTW I arrived after the normal check-in time. While I was in the room waiting for the second room to be ready I ordered complimentary water because there was none in the room and it took them forever! Did I mentioned the wi-fi ? It s not very good.

However, the breakfast staff where very friendly.

Very good. But to charge extra for the toppings .... it's as if for a ham butter you had to pay each ingredient or eat only bread ...

Acid at the reception, astute place. Was woken up 3 times in the morning when they were filling mini-bars ++ expensive as just that. Great room but the whole experience pulls down with the staff. Old and worn little pool area.

Tough to give bad reviews when you are platinum. The room upgrade was great which provided a stellar view and ample room to feel quite cozy. The bathroom was very relaxing. Food as always is great in Europe though service as expected is slow.

Great location. Unless you get a sea view room it s not really worth the price. Ok restaurant but kinda pricey.

Invoicing without any reason, beach day at 58 while we have signed no document. And we did not go ... The manager, tall and blonde, does not respect customers. Never seen, bravo

Nice hotel the view is breathtaking. The rooms are simple but pleasant. The breakfast is of quality there too, with a view of the sea that gives a good morning pep. Ditto for the terrace and the pool on the roof the view is sublime. The staff is also good. It is a pity that the interior of the hotel is not as worked as the rest of the equipment.

I only went to the amphitheater but I really liked the reception and the quality of the room.

The location is very great, the staff are very nice in dealing and the concierge is very helpful and especially the senior employee but I do not mention the name and this is wrong of me. He was a collaborator and made several reservations to us. When asked about the transportation and the area was very nice. And fast in the service and arrange the rooms twice a day, so thank the manager of the hotel management for these efforts and before I conclude I would like to mention that the terrace in the fifth floor has a very fascinating view of Latvoto boarding with best regards to you happy holiday

Customer experience not worthy of a 5 star. No sauna, jacouzi, hamam or even swimming pool to do its lengths. The only pool is outside and is in a circle that does not allow to do its lengths

I prefer JW Marriott to Majestic hotel in Cannes. Room is modern and cosy.

Very nice establishment meeting the expectations of a 5 star with a few details to improve.

Fantastic location, lovely and friendly staff but understaffed. Waiting for the valet parking was very long everytime given the small entrance understandable but expect better for the standard of the hotel. Breakfast selection could improve maybe and if you are non smoker, sit in door. Roof top pool is small but view is great.

Great location. Rooms are bit outdated and front desk staff not very friendly. Great view from upstairs bar area.

Because I expected better in a 5-star establishment. The service is lacking, it does not have a SPA, the minibar is never replenished and more importantly I forgot about the cash in the safe they liquidated me with a simple one I am not there without making further checks .

Upmarket hotel which has a roof terrace with outstanding views

Arrived at the hotel with 4 people and a lot of luggage we waited 5 minutes before seeing a porter arrive without saying hello or a smile

Love love love the room, the service. Everyone was nice and friendly. Closed to halal food whc was easy for us. Walking distance to shopping streets, playground for kids, the beach. Chauffeur driven from & to the hotel. Had a great stay.

I don t know how this hotel is a 5 star. It looks and is kept like a 3 star hotel. Don t waste your time
