Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, 250 meters from the gate to the old City, and that makes it perfect to walk to, but far enough away to be peaceful. Staff were all professional and friendly. Hotel rooms are very nice and well cared for.

This is the place to blow your points! It was the first hotel in Dubrovnik and they are very proud of it. Comfortable beds, relaxing executive lounge that serves breakfast and dinner (worth the extra), and I cannot say enough about the staff. From great advice on where to eat to indulging us in selfies, they could not have been nicer or more professional! Only downside is pool is indoor and the walk to the Old Town seems a bit risky because of the crazy drivers but otherwise superb place -- hope to come back some day!

The food in Croatia was utterly horrible. However thank god for this Hilton. The food was amazing and the employees there we exceptionally accommodating to every aspect of our stay. Dubrovnik is a stunningly beautiful place to visit and the Hilton was just perfect!

I booked a massage at their health and well being centre and it was phenomenal! I didn't stay at the hotel but definitely recommend if you are feeling run down, that you get a massage with Marco. I feel a millionaire n dollars after it!

We popped in here for a coffee and to use the lavatories. This is probably one of the better Hilton's I've been in, at least in terms of the communal areas.

I would definitely consider staying here on my next visit to Dubrovnik.

Perfect stay. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Very luxurious. Walking distance to one town's pile gate, but still quite secluded and calm. Not noisy at all. Great breakfast. Indoor pool and sundeck.

Hotel with its history and with all the hotels in this category. The hospital is very prepared and ready for every situation. The prices are too high and this is not your hotel :)

Have stayed at this Hilton twice now, once in 2012 and once in 2018. During both stays the staff were very professional and helpful with regards to transport to and from their premises as well as booking restaurants. Do check out the pool if you have the time to. #hilton

Fine hotel, i loved it. Very classy and respects the standard of a 5 star hotel/Hilton. I would recommend the stay and especially the restaurant. Food is very good and the preparation worth the try. The prices have a right balance with the quality and are not higher than most gilded touristic restaurants in the old town.

One of the more impressive Hilton properties, the Hilton Imperial in Dubrovnik is perfectly situated outside the gate of the old town. Facilities are fantastics, staff are very helpful and they will provide parking if asked. Very extensive buffet breakfast rounds out the deal. Highly recommended.

An excellent hotel of high "splendor" especially after the renovation. Although the designers were English in the renovation and decoration, mostly Croatian products were used, which is praise. The staff is very polite and the breakfast is great. Congratulations to the Director of Matkovi and the staff!

Rooms and suites are luxuriously equipped, modern, but still in the old spirit, which gives a huge quality size of this hotel!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of historic Dubrovnik old town.

The luxury! Perfect location, 3 minutes walk from Pile Gate and bus arriving from the airport and to the city. New, luxurious, comfortable rooms with incomparable service. Indoor pool without views and gym. No roof terrace but restaurant terrace. Clientele very predominantly American.

The staff are just great. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. The location is excellent. Executive lounge could be a bit larger.

Unfortunately, I am forced to rate the service and the competence of its staff (including the general director, Mr. Matkovic) as extremely poor and uninterested to understand the need of their customers.
Customer service industry is about CUSTOMERS, not anyone s individual ego.
I would never recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends.
Huge disappointment.

THE OLD DUBROVNIK HOTEL WHICH HAS BEEN ELIMINATED IN 1991 AND RECEIVED GIVEN YOUR LOVE.RETE AND DELETE.

The first service is perfect. It was the best of Hilton I used. Internet was very fast and breakfast was delicious. the view from the room is really so good. I'll definitely come back here. As an H-Honor Gold or Diamonds member, you would be happier. the lounge was also very quiet and elegant.

Stayed 1 night at Hilton Dubrovnik. It's 7 minute walk to the main Dubrovnik city wall. It has 2 wings, the main and the annexe.

Some rooms on thr main wings offers great view of the Adriatic Sea. It's really spectacular.

It has good selection of hot breakfast. WIFI is free at the lobby, chargeable for room use. Comfortable and clean rooms.
Friendly and helpful front desk agents.

Walking distance (7 minutes) to the eating, pubbing, drinking, shopping outlets.

Top hotel - exceptional interior, excellent cuisine, high level of cleanliness and quality in general. The staff is on an identical level - special compliments to Amira and Leon.

The hotel bar is a little slice of heaven in a troubled world. I recommend the Bijou, but any drink will do. You pay for what you get.

This is a gorgeous hotel right at the gate to the old town Dubrovnik. Super comfortable stay in beautifully appointed rooms, lovely bar, delicious breakfast. Excellent service overall, particularly from the front desk, Ivan Zvonimir was both very friendly and highly professional. Will be back for sure!

If there were six stars, this hotel would earn them. It is less than two minutes walking from the city walls and it has parking. It has great WiFi, elevators, AC, fitness center, a pool, sauna, steam rooms, spa, and other amenities. The service is also great. 100% recommended!

The breakfast buffet is amazing. It has an egg station, Waffles, cereals, breads, amazing fruit, boiled and grill veggies, bacon, prosciutto, smoked salmon, etc...

Great for visiting old town. Food, kindness I was very satisfied with everything.

Disapointed, it is the only word it comes to me for a 5 stars Hotel. We just finish our holidays there and it is realy too expensive for the service proposed. Really I spent time in others 5 stars hotels in the world, but this hotel deserve a 4 stars maximum, as I visited 4 stars hotel with a better service and less expensive.
