Did not say, first-class service, good facilities, clean, hygienic, assured, close to the entrance to the old city gate, there is parking lot

Hotel for every compliment, everything was perfect, special compliments to the staff at the reception of Luka and Darko and I hope I don't forget, special thanks to the staff Nikolina P.

A newly refurbished delightful hotel which deserves a 5 star rating. The hotel is situated a few minutes away from Grad (the old town). I met welcoming staff (reception, concierge, house keeping and waiters). There was also an ample selection of items for breakfast including freshly made omeletes, pancakes and waffles to start the day on a good note. A great selection of healthy options as well. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights however the experience was amazing. It has also very good conference facilities and a good assortment of nibbles during coffee breaks. The room was very comfortable and luxurous. A delightful experience in the quiet city of Dubrovnik.

The service is outstanding, the hotel beautifully decorated.
The rooms impecable and some, with balcony s facing the sea.
The food is very good as well.
I could not be in Dubrovnik again and not stay at the Hilton!

The hotel's location is the best in the city for those seeking to combine rest and tourism. Its impeccable facilities. I don't give them 5 because given the quality of the chain, one expects a little more quality from the staff.

Nice and classy. Stayed in a superb room with a sea and old town view. Variety of choice for breakfast. Superb service. Excellent bar tender. 3 min walk to the old town walls.

Lovely room great location staff very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and I got lovely chocolate birthday cake!

Nice hotel with beautiful terrace and a great location, right in the center. Slight drop in rating due to several small mishaps: disappointing "SPA", there's just a pool and 2 saunas (not even a jacuzzi!); breakfast is ok, I just wish there was a freshly squeezed juice, rather than the one made from concentrate; there was no robe in my room so I had to go to the spa in a towel; there was only one tiny bottle of shower gel in a double room.

Great competent Staff , not very clean the room and they don't have a nice view but it's very close to the old City! The prices are huge but ok.

Didn't stay there, but had coffee waiting for a bus. Bad coffee, good service.

Sufficiently large rooms that are very quiet. The beds were very comfortable, unfortunately there is only a large blanket for a double bed. The air conditioning is difficult to dose.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly, hair from the previous guest-does not work!
The bathroom could also do with a renovation, scratched sink and color-refurbished bathtub are not 5 star in our experience.
The staff was consistently friendly and helpful.

The Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik is a beautiful, ultra-modern styled hotel from the past century. A pearl, right next to the old town of Dubrovnik with a view of the sea and the fortifications. From unloading the suitcase to checking in, we felt a warm welcome. A fantastic room with a very chic design. The Executive Lounge is one of the most beautiful and best lounges we know - cozy and classy, great drinks, delicious food - very warm service. The old town is right around the corner, as are other destinations (park, old fortress, mountain climbing). Parking in the underground car park was no problem - valet service and even free! We felt very comfortable there and really enjoyed the 5 days.

In the old city center of Dubrovnik, right next to the city wall, there is a beautiful Imperial hotel to be a guest of this hotel with its history and beautiful present

The hotel has a superb location, close to the castle, convenient access to the city, and can be visited back and forth between the hotel and the hotel.

Good place. Surprisingly accessible in price compared to restaurants and hotels in the old town. The parking lot is cheaper than the others in the area

My wife and I had such a lovely stay at this property! Each staff member was nicer than the last (especially the Manager, Martina). We received a complimentary upgrade and bottle of champagne to celebrate our 1st Anniversary! I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to travel to Dubrovnik!!

Very centrally located on the city wall. Very friendly staff that delivers perfect service. Get a wonderful upgrade as HH-Diamond. Room very spacious, modern, with wonderful sea view. Very quiet A / C! Good quality breakfast buffet.

Perfect location, 20 pace from old town. Great amenities. Fabulous dining options and very corteous staff. Lastly, very tastefully done.

This Hilton is exceptional with its friendly staff, great lounge, views, location and breakfast. Looking forward to my next visit.

Parking in the basement cost for 4 hours HRK 190 - horror, but no places elsewhere. Dubrovnik is packed, even though it is already September

The Imperial has an excellent location. Only a minute walk from the gates of Old Town and is in walking distance of the water. Rooms are very clean and the staff are courteous and professional.

Reasons to stay here, 1 location. It is very close to this beautiful city.
2 pool. It has a very pleasant pool.
Reasons you may choose to stay elsewhere.
1 They charge for WiFi in your room. Even budget hotels don't do that these days.
2 service levels are poor. Eg1 fifteen minutes after ordering poached eggs we had to ask again. Eg2 "we are English could we have some more tea bags?" Five minutes later two tea bags are delivered. This is a far cry from premier Inn policy of, "here's a box of supplies, take whatever you need."

Here it went missing, not a problem to me but surely the hotel management needs to know.
I wish I hadn't bothered. The managers response, "I don't believe it. I have worked here 15 years and this has never happened. Our staff are all checked, but I will mention it to the housekeeping manager. Can I check under the bed."
Was she saying I am a liar or a fool. Either way it was not what I expected.

Very nice hotel in the best location... 5 minutes walk to the walled old city and a view of the fort from your balcony. Service was outstanding. Many small touches which made this 5 star instead of 4.

This hotel truly deserves the five stars it has. Now in this time when there are not many tourists the prices are really decent. The rooms are beautiful and the view from them is impressive. Cleanliness is at the level of a five star hotel. Breakfast is very plentiful and there is a very good offer. The waiters at breakfast are very polite and interesting, even talkative. I must also commend the reception staff who are very patient and polite. No objections. Any praise and recommendation for this hotel especially at this time when in most cities everything is at a 50% discount.

A magnificent hotel.
Great location, right next to the old town of Dubrovnik but very quiet. The room was very spacious and well decorated with a large bathroom.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We feel we are in a 5 star.
On the other hand, the breakfast was not included and the wi-fi paying, which we found a little scandalous!

hotel in perfect location, comfortable bed, no bidet and breakfast is enough. You can park your car in the hotel as you go outside or take a fine or pay as you do in the hotel car park (22 euro per day)

Nice staff, beautiful building and room, and good location.
But I'm dissapointed that same breakfast is served everyday.
