The location is right in front of the pillars and the staff are friendly. Free swimming pool and sauna. Write your hotel room number at the entrance to the pool and get your cabinet number. There's plenty of towels at the entrance ~ There's a sauna in the pool There are not many breakfasts, but there are instant omelets and it's delicious. I recommend it

Great modernised hotel. Brilliant breakfast and nice staff. Some noise from renovation though. Enjoyed gym and swimming pool.

I remember the hotel Imperial since the 1950s and I was afraid of what would happen when Hilton bought it. But - beautiful. Respecting the architecture, using old chairs, fences, stone stairs and paintings, the hotel has retained its historical genuineness and just praise for the look. Special praise is deserved by the staff.

Had drinks there it was expensive obviously but very beautiful

Hotel was soso. Half is renovated half not.
Service is really bad.
But not as bad as the breakfast .
Massage was good but not amazing!

The view from the room is great and the room is spacious and comfortable (Twin Executive Sea view room).
Breakfast is delicious, omelets, pancakes, waffles? You can eat freshly made French toast etc.
The business lounge also has a light meal service that changes from hour to hour, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery all day long, so we recommend a room with lounge service.
The dinner is also very delicious, the appetizers are crabs, beef and octopus canapes, the soup is fish soup, the main course is ribeye steak and lamb meat. The service is excellent and it is a restaurant in a 5-star hotel.
On the second basement floor, there is a gym with a full range of machines, a clean and stylish pool, and a large sauna, which was very good for leisure on a rainy day.
I didn't plan to enter the pool at first, but there are local shops with marine design called Blu all over the city, and I could buy swimwear at a reasonable price compared to Japan, so I bought it on a rainy day. I fully enjoyed the sauna and pool.
When the weather was nice, I could see the walls and the sea in front of me, so I was very happy and satisfied.

The late check-out service was at 13:00.

Conveniently located at the centre spot of Dubrovnik. Be aware parking is extremely expensive

Seriously? After paying the price tag for a luxury experience you're going to try to extort more by charging for wifi access in the room?

Incomprehensible as a business practice in this day and age, especially from a luxury facility. Let's you know exactly what the hotel's priorities are and how guests are viewed.
