The staff, especially front desk goes out of their way to make the guest feel welcome and cared for. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Food and Service both at the restaurant and at the room are really good. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station as well as the airport. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a comfortable trip

I have stayed in almost all 5 star and 4 star hotels of Jaipur. Whenever i was going to catch a flight to airport i was always used to see this hotel and finally stayed here from 1st Jan to 4Th January.

Location of hotel is very nice, located in almost center of the city. It s nearby from the airport which is the plus point of this hotel.

Breakfast Spread of hotel was nice, but the setup at restaurant felt like i was taking breakfast in some banquet hall. Staff is courteous and well behaved. But interiors of common area, corridors, Carpets of hotel and rooms were not upto the mark, you get feel of some 3 star hotel while staying there. It didn t feel like that i was staying in Four Points by Sheraton.

What a brilliant and dedicated Housekeeping staff especially Jitendra Bhpendar and Pankaj Kumar. Even front desk Ram is too good. Way to go guys you make the Sheraton brand even more valuable. I shall ask my company to entire into formal tie up because of you guys.

Is really up to the mark deserves to be a five star. Has the best food I have ever eaten

My experience was very bad with this hotel. Staffs didn't care about customer needs. They have committed what was agreed but while checkin they refused saying that we didn't even talked. Even I was asked to show them the call log and once I did they keep blaming each other but problem didn't solved. I have even confirmed by calling them 2 days before checkin and I told them this should not happen that once I reach and you say we will not be able to assist.

Great location, really pleasent and clean rooms.great service provided by the staff.ambiance was excellent.had a really great time.food was all of good quality and great taste.

One of the best hotels in Jaipur, completely worth for its price. Very good staff, extremely cooperative. Good for couples, friends or family. Smoking rooms are also available if you want a smoking room. Food can be improved.

Swimming pool here is awesome. Services are very prompt. Hospitality is good enough. A bit costly though worthy.

It is a hotel for living and people can stay here .the facilities provided in this hotel is good and there is daily cleaning and washing of rooms.

Hotel is gyd. Cant comment on Rooms, since i have done an evrnt here. Bt staffs looks to mislead you. Not satisfied.

Exellent,courteous, professional and personal touch. All heads take lots of personal efforts to make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would recommend to our friends and love to visit,if possible again.

The person at the reception was very sweet and helpful. The people for room service were great. The guards were nice as well. Awesome stay and tasty food.

Even after booking room one month advance while cheking in they alloted me the last room which was far away from elevator after litle argument with front officer staff they offered me good room (I was traveling with famil)
The ala carte menu has very little option not good.. in the name of carona they don't allow you to bring outside food and snacks

The annoying thing was everytime while entering hotel they chek ur bags and this was disgusting and insulting I have stayed in many five star four star hotels but no hotel doest it.. over all not good not bad experience

Big bazar in campus also

Well, i guess after staying at the ITC Grand Maratha, Hyatt regency, JW Marriott; this hotel seems way below the mark. However, guess this is for a different clientele. The rooms are extremely tiny and the washroom though clean, needs a renovation for sure. The WC had turned yellow with age. When asked for water in the room for three of us in the room including my seven year old daughter; two tiny bottles are provided. There seems to be every effort taken for cost optimization. This is definitely a positive attribute of the employees, however should not be evident to the visiting guests.

Very comfortable stay. The staff from the gateman till the room serice is very hospitable. All in all, everyone works as a team here n make sure that the guests r always happy n comfortble at all points of time.

Not up to the mark as per their name and standard.
I have bee to The Marriott and Four Point was nothing compared to it. Also, its a bit away from the Central Jaipur if you are going to explore the Pink City.

I had a very nice stay. Though it was for 1 day but the stay was very nice. The Spa is very good, good hospitality by them and the swimming pool is also clean and good. Rooms are very comfortable and near to the Jaipur City.

Good hotel in tonk road.. mostly suitable for foreign visitors in new Jaipur.

Well built modern hotel..but such yuck desserts..my mouth still tastes bad when i think of that dinner night!!

did not get SPA even after prior appointment. ...after reaching i was told.....no slot available......hotel manager was decent guy...apologised for staff....but my Sunday wasted.......pathetic. .....

Very poor service throughout our stay. Broken toilet. We checked in at 5pm but had to wait 45mins as room was not ready. Water barely luke warm. Towels not replaced during servicing. Do not make a mistake by staying here.

Best hotel at best location
It is a place where u can easily found transport system

One of the best hotel in Jaipur which is near to Airport and situated in prime location. It is just behind Big Bazar shop but sometimes it is difficult to find as the entrance is same for Big Bazar and Hotel.

About the services, the reception has a well educated staff with polite and humble nature. The restaurant an bar is at third floor and swimming pool at fourth floor. Breakfast and lunch-dinner timing are fixed for buffet whereas on order it is 24hrs open. The arrangement is nice, though I felt it is quite a small area. If it is fully occupied one might felt the requirement of bigger space.

The south Indian food taste is not up to the mark and could have been much better. Nor they have much fruits options available at the time of breakfast.

About the room, a single standard room is nicely created and well managed. I have added the pics and can be seen it is more than sufficient at the provided rates.

Overall a very good option to be considered !!
