The place was amazing and there are many things available near the hotel. But, the food could be better. The taste of food doesn't exactly scream 5-star hotel.

No ways to praise.Sucks from all the angle right from room to food.

Location is very good but over all experience wasn't that good during our recent visit. The old staff was very courteous and caring ... but this time that warmth was missing. Bedsheet and comforter were dirty and we saw some chaos during morning breakfast session. Overall it wasn't a great experience.

Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Food at The Eatery was great. The pool and the gym are also well maintained. The hotel staff are courteous and respectful.
It lives upto the 4 star hotel standard.

Nice stay experience. However, bathtub should be available in all rooms, as it is a business hotel and relaxing in bathtub after a day's work is really de-stressing

The hotel is located at a good place. The rooms are good and excellent food.

An extremely below standard 5 stars hotel. The bathroom does not come with a hair dryer and the first hair dryer we received was faulty. They promised that it will send within 5 minutes, but it did not even come if I have not asked again. The dining place is even worse. Things take forever to refill plus it is refilled in a very small portions. (Attached the breakfast) The plus side is they have a good coffee!

Very Nice place to stay.... Staff is very very friendly..... Always welcoming..... Location of this place is very great...in 5 KM you can find everything..... Swimming pool, gym nicly maintained... Only thing I feel they can work on is the food... That is predominantly Veg with few options of non veg.... Else the restaurant staff is really caring and sufficient.... Great job... Enjoyed the stay alot... Special mention of a chef staff Anjali... She has really got along with my dad and was very very caring and good... Keep the good work....

Awesome food, mouthwatering food and excellent service.

Room is good, service is also good. But except your complimentary breakfast, don't eat here. Worst quality of food, have encountered which led to vomiting that to with evening snax vegetable pakoda. Better eat outside and come to sleep. You can save your health.

This is the very good hotel to stay in Jaipur with the big rooms and also the swimming pool over the roof. Service is somewhat needs to work upon.

The hotel is spacious, clean, hygienic and affordable.
All their staff and guests maintain social distancing and health related precautions.
Your laugage and rooms are well sanitised

Their eatery is quite expensive as compared to other 5 star hotels in Jaipur

They have ranges of liquor . Also the starters both veg and nonveg are amazing , served in good quantity. Must try - brownie with hot chocolate

Place isn't as shown in pictures. You will get disappointed by it.

I stayed there for 2 nights with 3 adults n 1(2year old). The stay there was pleasant. Food is very tasty. Lastly, staff are very friendly n helpful.

The hotel is located at A prime location in the city.So it is very convenient for tourists. Food is awesome .Staff is very courtious and polite . Had A very memorable and comfortable stay at Four Points by Sherton.

A good hotel, centrally located with big enough room sizes, hospitable staff and standardised buffet options. Their pool is very well maintained and evening offerings along with club room are pleasant. Only wish they go about conducting buffet breakfasts in a better organised way.

Prices very high . But food not according. Disappointed.. but overall service good

It was very delicious and healthy eating plan to the gym today and I don't think that would you be home by the time to go with me and I have the money to do with me I have a on the money and I have the ability of the company r going out to you tomorrow night and sweet and I have no idea how long you gonna do it again for the money to go with me I don't think that

Don't have words..the location and the structure is not good..but once you enters the building you will get the best place

Tasty buffet with pleasant environment. Staff is really efficient and attend us very well. Thank u Sheraton for make my Son's birthday upto the mark.

One of the most pathetic buffet I have had in recent times, the food was atleast a week old !!
Absolutely hated the rubbery beetroot tikki for appetizers, watery paneer makhani for mains and stone brownie for dessert....

A place if u want to get away from loud, crowd everything... Just relax time

Terrible customer service with zero sympathy. We are booked to stay 31st night (New Year's eve) and we told the property we will only be able to check in at 11pm that night as we arrive into Jaipur very late- so the purpose of our stay is just sleep and leave. However, they have made it mandatory we pay for a Gala Dinner that we won't be able to attend due to time constraints. Why have such terrible mandatory hotel policies if your guests aren't interested? It must be a really horrible turn up for the dinner that they can't get enough people willing to attend so they have decided to FORCE their guests into it. What's frustrating is that this Gala dinner costs as much as the hotel room rate so we are now having to pay TWICE the room rate. Really ridiculous and unhelpful staff. I am extremely pissed off as I always travel during New Years and every hotel I have stayed in has merely offered us to attend the Gala dinner but have never forced us into doing so and were really accommodating when we said we didn't want to engage in it. I totally regret booking with this hotel because it's going to be a terrible end to a beautiful year and holiday.

Service is very quick and as per demand.
I would strongly recommend this hotel for stay in Jaipur.
