Great location. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. View from terrace breakfast is very good.

Quiet site in a strategic position to visit the center

Just inside the Roman Walls with spectacular views the hotel is lovely.

Stayed a night and felt very welcomed, would recommend having they re Breakfast. Staff was very well mannered. Would recommend staying here.

Room totally different from the one I booked. After my complaints they made me stay at the hotel Villa Pinciana always owned by Leonardi for the same price

The location is not very central but you can walk to all the tourist attractions. Either way, being in front of Villa Borghese is a great attraction. Request rooms with a view of the Villa. Breakfast is very good on the terrace with a magnificent view of the city. The service is very good. Reasonable prices.

Old style hotel,just 5 minutes from the spanish steps.

Employees were very polite and helpful. Rooms are old fashion but clean. Bar wasnt open. Wifi was slow and one day it wasnt working at all. Breakfast was good and view at the breakfast is nice. Afterall very nice place. We get rooms earlier than it was marked check in time. Thanks it was nice to stay :)

Nice hotel but a bit dated could do with some money spent on the place

A nice hotel, good location and incredibly friendly and capable staff.
The only flaw is the general degradation of the environments that would need a renovation and the breakfast a bit too poor in offers.

Great location. However 4 star because of the noise on weekends from the people partying on the streets.

Hotel very well located at the edge of Villa Borghese, 10 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps.
Friendly staff, good bedding. Rich buffet breakfast on the 6th floor with magnificent views of Rome and the Vatican

The location is very good, but in the center but no noise because it is far away from the main street. Everything is at your fingertips. Rooms Puny should be repaired already, but ... Rome is such a city that fatigue during the day and become completely no matter where permiegot :)

Work opposite the hotel prevents you from sleeping at 8am even on Saturdays, rooms are outdated. The sommiers are very low-end and it is thought to have a double bed while there are two mattresses. We hear the neighbors, the insulation is bad. Positive point, breakfast and the view from the top floor. The staff is very friendly.

Nice boutique hotel and centrally located in Rome city centre. Walking distance to restaurants and many attractions.

Hotel is quite dated, really needs a overhaul. Not a bad location but still quite some walk. Breakfast is very basic.

No more ... room without air conditioning !!! 1sera no hot water !!! We were assured the solution, but alas they give us a radiator that will work only 1 h ... A weekend to forget !!

An unpleasant experience.
They made my foreign clients run away and they asked me if in Italy the stars for hotels give them away, among other things, not even trying to keep them.
Unfortunately, the rooms are not up to the stars they have. With rust on the showers and non-functioning sockets.
Paid coffee after 12 in the day absolutely forbidden as their service does not provide for it. Things of the other world!
After all, living off tourism, what does it matter if customers are unhappy. Next!

Dusty, yet reliably friendly for Rome. A pricey solution for travellers who are dissapointed with Rome's accommodation services quality otherwise. Nice breakfast with view

There was a reasonable level of good cleanliness, a bit old-fashioned and not a bad breakfast, the air conditioner in the room did not work.
The most annoying thing is that you have to pay taxes 6 euros per night and here the hotel fell big!

The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean. However the room was hot even tho the AC was on and making noise. I set the temp at 18 C. But the room temp was 25 up. The fridge was not working at all. Everything in the fridge was warm. I let 3 different people know at reception. 3rd time the cleaner came and he let reception know that it's not working but that's it. No resuoltion.

Very good for the price. Within walking distane from Spanish Stairs (<10 min), Metro station Just around the corner. Amazing view from 6th floor where you have breakfast. A bit outdated, but cleaned well. It is the overall picture why I give this nice hotel 5 (*)

We stayed at this hotel this August for 3 days. 3 days was enough. We just wanted a base in rome so were happy to book something less star rated than normal, but we were glad to leave. The hotel is in desperate need of re-decoration. Dont get me wrong its clean enough. Breakfast is terrible there was very little to chose from, no fruit other than water melon, some scrambled eggs and bread. Tea & coffee were both undrinkable. Everything was shabby. Reception staff were not very helpful at all really so all in all a very disappointing hotel. One plus side was it's in a good location.

Hotel a little old. In the bathroom there is neither a soap dish nor a glass (even a plastic one) for the toothbrush. The fixtures do not guarantee soundproofing from street noise. It is not known how a 4-star hotel can be

Great Hotel a stone's throw from Villa Borghese and Via Veneto, the sweet life road. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Barberini metro station is closed. However there is an underground moving elevator for the most part that takes you to Spagna easily. Hotel 10-15 walk to trevi fountain and spanish steps. Staff were generally good and helpful. Breakfast basic but staff were good.

Just spent a few days here, I ve stayed here before, and yes it needs a little TLC but it is a beautiful hotel the staff are helpful and friendly the hotel is full of charm. The breakfast room alone is worth 5*.the location is perfect. I was traveling alone and the single room had a king size bed and a beautiful room. This lovely hotel has class and style, I would recommend it to anyone and I will be back.

Getting 3 stars from me instead of higher. When most review said helpful staff, what I found when I checked in is different. Because I am Asian people ? The front desk also not local people though. He didn't even look at me when checking me in or answer my questions. And keep my passport with him. When I asked him about my passport. A short reply saying "You'll get it when you come down" I have to come down after get into the room then he returned my passport.
Apart from that, all others were good. Nice room with good location. Easy access but lack of own parking space. One best thing I found is the Breakfast Room is on 6th floor so you can enjoy city view. Nice place to stay. Pictures may look small room and bed, that's because I stayed alone.

Old building but charming. Clean rooms I would highlight the breakfast on the top floor, very good and with good views.

If there is something to highlight in a hotel is its staff, attentive, willing to solve problems, the hotel has some issues to solve, but well located, good breakfast, maybe improve the wifi ..

It quails in the rooms. Other than that, the panoramic roof where you can have breakfast is beautiful. The staff is friendly, but three stars is enough

The rooms were very old and the Ac almost doesn't work and the rooms were very hot the only good thing was the food and the location but I don't recommend going there in summer cause it's hot like hell

Good location in Rome, allows you to visit many of the monuments easily. Subject pending accessibility of the elevator but could be solved with the friendliness of the staff.
