The price is expensive.
After a hot shower, I contacted the front desk for some cotton swabs and ice and returned to housekeeping. Waiting .. I waited an hour to call housekeeping and I didn't answer the phone ... I'm sorry I called the front.
You get a cotton swab in about two hours ...
It's a very difficult favor. I don't bring ice.
I asked somebody for ice, and they told me to call 0 again.
I called 0 and asked for ice.
Ha ... how many hours will it take ... huh ...
The service for the price ...

Even though they were remodeling some floors it was a great experience. The breakfast was delicious, the cookies amazing and the staff very welcoming. We used this hotel as our come back place as we traveled from Lima to ica and back and later from Lima to Cusco and back.

I love it, it's very relaxing to spend a weekend there

How nice is the new cafeteria. Definitely a good option to eat something at any time of the day. They have breakfast buffet and Tea Time. I loved!!!!

The pisco sour, scary, far the best in Lima and I mean it, I traveled a lot and this was by far the best in the city, better even than in La Pachita.

The hotel has very good infrastructure and services. Staff always attentive, friendly and ready to give a solution to customers. I had the opportunity to organize meetings in one of its event rooms and everything went perfect, excellent security, attentive staff and always on time to provide coffee breaks and lunch. Everything that corresponds to Food and Drinks delicious, excellent! It also has two restaurants on the first level that have great cards! At La Terraza Restaurant they have Menu promotions at lunch time. Totally #recommended

One night stay for a layover. Room in dire need of refurbishment, very worn and musty throughout. Cleanliness was not to a satisfactory level. Book the Costa Del Sol Wyndham instead if you are just passing through.

The employees are very friendly, the rooms comfortable and clean.

Good location, the simpler (not the fancy one) restaurant downstairs has good food and is reasonable. Starbucks and Chili's are nearby. Supermarket is not far away. Can walk to beach a few blocks as well as Larcomar. Friendly staff.

Im a loyal Hilton member, but this place dissapointed. Check inn looked like a building site at 3 am, shower didnt work properly and swimming pool was closed when I was there. I am loyal to the brand, but will not be staying here again.

Outstanding restaurant with waiters full of enthusiasm.

Although I had to stay for work reasons and remain in quarantine for 5 days, these were very welcoming and pleasant, due to the great comforts they provide within their service.

Excellent hotel located in Miraflores, in the most suitable neighborhood for the nightlife of Lima and quite comfortable to visit the city about twenty minutes from the center

Terrible service, very bad food, rooms too small to be considered a 5 Star hotel. Nothing recommendable.

Well appointed rooms. Great service from cleaning to concierge. Restraint and a bar. Close to beach and shopping in the Miraflores area.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. However I find it expensive in relation to other hotels. If the rate does not include breakfast, the difference is even greater.

Hotel. A bit old in services, restaurant and pub, room a bit noisy because it is close to the elevator, in general well, the cost-benefit ratio is not the best.

As always, very cozy, they have protocols that provide security and waiting for the gym to work again

The service is beyond great. And their welcome cookie is something you'll be looking forwards to...trust me! The rooms are nice and it has one of the best fitness centers I've seen in this type of hotels. It's located in a great area if you want to try good peruvian cousine restaurants, bars and night clubs. The view from the rooms isn't great just because it's surrounded by more buildings.

The space and cleanliness of the rooms are very good; however, its internet signal leaves a lot to be desired, considering that it is a recognized hotel.

Reception quite fast and agile, from the entrance you can see the attention and quality of the staff. The quite spacious rooms with very well equipped bathrooms. Very soft, cozy beds with air conditioning working perfectly. They include water bottles in the room. The very friendly bartender, showed off with a good pisco sour.

Hotel is beautiful but the pool is rather small and the location of the hotel left much to be desired
