It is a very elegant hotel that many tourists from different countries stay.

Lousy. We booked a triple room and when we arrived at the hotel they informed us that they did not have that kind of room with separate beds. Finally, on the second day, they placed us in a double room and placed an extra bed.

Excellent, we loved the general attention, very good predisposition of the employees! I congratulate you!!! Very happy to have been staying in that beautiful place in Lima !!

Great breakfast, good workout area (though it gets a little crowded since it is also a membership gym), nice, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
When I walked into my room, I was overcome by the fragrance the housekeeping staff used. Not just a little whiff, it was a full on assault of my senses. I had to open my window and door to allow some airflow to dissipate some of the odor though it lingered throughout my stay. Otherwise, the room was nice though crowded...two queen beds, a desk and chair, a lounger and an ottoman in a small room.
The bed was comfortable and there were soft and firm pillows.
I was (nicely) surprised to find an iron and ironing board in one side of the closet.
When I opened the other side of the closet, there was a set of drawers and a safe right in the middle, taking up 3/4 of the hanging space.
The bathroom was nicely appointed however, when I turned on the bath to have a shower, the water came out a rusty brown for the first several gallons. Bottled water is provided for drinking.
Overall, I will stay there again.

I only went to the restaurant for 4 consecutive nights to have dinner with my wife and friends. Very good menu and good value for money, delicious food, soup of the day, lomo saltado, fish, pasta, variety of breads, craft beer Casike, wines, aromatic varieties of tea, heating in a well designed environment, good music. Very good customer treatment.

Incredibly friendly all the people who work there. A one night stay for reasons of a lost flight and in 5 minutes I had a luxury room. Excellent place and good location near the Miraflores neighborhood to know a bit of Lima.

We have spent a night as tourists in our own city, and believe me it is great, you enjoy it in another way, which is normally everyday. They treated us wonderfully. The breakfast delicious and with excellent quality. We will be back soon!!!

After a long trip and arriving early the Manager of the Hotel did everything possible for my room was ready, also invited me to breakfast and made the wait very pleasant, this gesture, plus it is a clean and well located modern hotel , for me it is the best deal I have ever received before. exceptional.

The service is impeccable. Needless to say, the facilities are very burnas and comfortable. Although some details can be optimized such as the functioning of the hygienic services and the pool. Otherwise it is a great hotel and very well maintained by the management.

Expectations exceeded! As a DoubleTree/Hilton brand hotel, a certain level of quality and service is expected, and this location not only delivered, but went above and beyond. They provided transportation from the airport (for a small fee) and allowed us to charge it to our room, avoiding the trip to the ATM. They also upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge (I believe they were nearing capacity), and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. It's located in a higher scale area (Mira Flores) with some excellent restaurants within walking distance, such as Panchita.

One of the best hotels that I had the opportunity to meet and that as far as possible, I love to stay.
