Well, my husband went to make another hole in his watch and took another bought there to change the strap. Summary, it took 1h for a hole, and the straps don't have them in stock .... they take 12 weeks!
If we compare price vs service ... then I would give it 1 star.

I think that what they charge for services should be faster

I made the mistake of buying 3 watches. 2 IWC and 1 Breitling.
The technical service is appalling as is the customer management.
Wear one of the IWC with order No. 37985 with the broken clasp for repair. They told me 10 weeks (Peace and Science) at week 14 I went to GyG after they didn't answer my calls to tell me in week 15 that they didn't know when the spare arrived.
