Not sure how this Hotel is only 4 Star. It is very luxurious with beautiful interiors, The room was immaculately clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay there again.
Hotel very clean, personal care without being too much. The work of the street (which does not interfere with the rest,) and the soundproofing of the door costs him his 5 th star. The public hotel is very good education that does not interfere with the stay. There is no doubt that in the near future this establishment passed to the superior category will leave its service and its location (very close to the inheritance <5minutes)
Such a quaint and luxurious hotel perfectly located. My room was fairly huge and beautifully decorated. Perfect choice for walking to the city main tourist spots.
2 steps from the heritage and parallel to the Neva, it is ideally located. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. There are fresh flowers in the hallways. Everything is impeccable. Only small negative point can be the breakfast which for me lacks bread. The restaurant is just delicious no matter what you choose it's good and the staff is happy to advise you. Russian wine is very good!

Wonderful, cosy boutique hotel. Excellent location that you really don't need a taxi to get to any of the tourist attractions. The hotel arranged pickup for me at the airport at a very fair rate that went to the driver. The staff at the hotel speak English and are very friendly. The rooms are very clean. They have a restaurant with great food and offers a 10% discount to hotel guests.
The hotel location is great, just a few minutes walk to the plaza, it was clean as well, but not sure was it because we didn't wear elegant or what, the staff treated us like scammers which make me and my husband that journey unhappy and angry also unforgettable.
The story was my Russian friend arranged our trip and booked the room for us through booking.com as a gift, everything was paid and the room was under his name(may be this was the reason make them feel suspicious). Suddenly the second day the receptionist told us they need the card holder to sign a form/letter as proof, ok I asked my friend to do so and scan it back to them.
The third day they told us we have to pay with our credit card instead, and we asked did the payment have any issues? They said no, they had received the payment from booking.com but they will charge to our card again and refund the previous payment to them, from my perspective this is nonsense what if we left st Petersburg already and they didn't refund it ? Then we would have paid twist or my friend will need to chase back the money, I asked my friend to talk to them to see what was the issues and we refused to pay again.
They said their security team was investigating our case, I said no problem, nothing to be afraid of, I felt so embarrassed had to bother my friend to call to talk to them to see what was the
problem, at the end not sure why they gave up, may be because we had to leave already.
I understand have the sense of alert about internet payment security is good, but my trip was ruined and who can compensate us.
Very nice hotel, very close to the center. There are many interesting places to walk around. From here you can easily walk to the main sights of the city, the river is just around the corner. The hotel has an interesting interior, spacious and well-maintained rooms. The restaurant is at a very high level.

A super hotel and another street of such funny "Millionaia Street". Every year, edzim is already 2 years old at this hotel. There are rumors that there are ghosts in this hotel! The rooms are excellent in the morning and in the afternoon.

A rare luxury experience in wonderful classical style. Located just around the corner from the Winter Palace, on a quiet street in between the Neva river and its canal. The staff is very professional, welcoming and helpful. Everything was just perfect!

The hotel opened in August 2015, keeping the architecture of the past centuries. The spiral atmosphere of cozy rooms, corridors gives charm to this hotel. At the same time, the hotel does not really feel old, but it is easy to move and sleep well with it! Excellent location and quality!

Topp. Absolute class. Equipment and ambience at least 4 stars. Could be 4+ too. Note for German guests. Card payment is generally tricky due to small limit on the booking amounts. Take the euro and exchange it on site ..
