I came to them in 2016 seeking help to obtain a permanent residency permit.
These guys promised me they'll take care of everything. Told me not worry. Told me "they know someone".
All I had to do was pay them an up-front deposit -- which I foolishly did.
A week before my 180 day visit expired, they called me and said sorry, they can't help. Bye bye.
Shocked and frustrated I was met with laughs from them when telling them I want my money back.

When we (my partner and I) moved from Greece to Odessa we tried to initiate the administrative activities, to accomplish a residency permit. As EU (my partner has a German Passport) and Swiss (me) Citizens we had permission to stay for 90 days maximum. After this window we would have to leave.
Our efforts were not successful at all. We were sent from one to the next office and learned that the process would take 6 to 12 months at least.
