Hotel Eden Jesolo Review

Triple room small limited space ... Drain bathroom disaster ... lack of bathroom set ... Small pool ... Air conditioning only at night ... Disaster curtains ... Uncomfortable bed .. bad pillows.
The only thing that can deserve 4 stars for what they charge is the location, the beach bathroom and the very kind staff.
P. S. we asked for a couple of hours more and we paid 50 euros extra, we asked for clean towels .. But generally they don't change them ... only exceptionally they gave them to us.

Good hotel clear, clean, comfortable. Beware some rooms are above a very noisy place.

The bathrooms need maintenance: crooked wc and bidet, dark shower because the only light is placed above the sink, it brings you in low gear because probably the bathroom has flooded a couple of times.

Breakfast quite rich, even if one day the waitress remained all the time to lay the table next to us (she did it 4 times in a row): quiet, we don't steal anything, Eh!

The internal parking is convenient, because in the area it is difficult to find it or in any case it is almost always paid. However, you need to leave your car keys at the reception desk and I was not well. Why do I have to leave my car keys? Boh.

Rooms quite clean, but tiny. Let's say it's okay if you just have to sleep at night, and the rest of the day you're out.

Very well located, right on Piazza Mazzini with large rooms. Good and rich breakfast.

Cozy hotel in the city center, steps away from the long, sandy beach. Very friendly reception desk staff who switched rooms, despite the hotel being full. Great dinner and breakfast. A two-day combination with a visit to Venice and an overnight stay at Lago Jesolo proved to be great. I recommend!

Excellent hotel, good value for money, friendly staff and just royal breakfast buffet! The rooms are clean, spacious and well soundproofed, I recommend for anyone planning a stay in Venice and its surroundings (bus nearby to take the boat)

The hotel is right in town, so noisy nights. The beach is nearby and very nice. The hotel has a friendly reception. The rooms are simple and functional, but without a special touch. The breakfast is okay but very careless and nothing special. The hotel has a small fenced guarded car park, but the car keys have to be left at the reception and the staff is constantly parking the car so as to fit as many cars as possible in the parking lot. The hotel has free internet, but this does not work properly in phases. The hotel has two elevators. The outdoor pool was not allowed at this time of the year.

Nice hotel, everyone was very kind with us. We had private parking slot and private beach. The breakfast was just perfect and we felt at ease in every moment during our stay. Dovi enya!

Modern hotel located in the main square of Jesolo. Clean rooms with minimal furnishings, some also have a mini-terrace. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its beach, located right in one of the liveliest spots on the beach. Highly recommended for young people, perhaps a little less for families or for those who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. Satisfactory!

We booked a 4 night stay in August. We have stayed at the Eden before and were very satisfied. Due to the Corona crisis, the services are not the same as usual. The reservation confirmation states that the beach and parking service may vary. Arrived at the hotel, felt and a very unfriendly lady. She immediately spoke to us about the circumstances, which surprised us very much. In response to the comment about the variation in the service, she said: "Yes, it may or may not". We were very surprised that you had to pay 15 euros for the beach chairs and that none were available for the entire stay. The reason was because of the distance. Once on the beach, the people were almost on top of each other and the loungers were attached like in previous years. A pure moneymaking of the hotel! Although we asked for a parking space 8 days before departure, it wasn't. Do the cars also have to keep a distance from each other? We were not offered a solution. We had to walk 10 minutes to the parking lot and pay for it ourselves. The manager's brother let us wait 30 minutes in the lounge without speaking to us. This is very unprofessional behavior. The manager's brother wanted to find a parking space the next day. We walked past him several times a day. He didn't even speak to us. In response to our concerns, he and the receptionist kept saying: "It suits us that way". In a hotel, the customer is king. It's not about meeting the needs of the hotel, but rather that of the guest. Too few people are employed at breakfast. The poor staff run back and forth while serving the food, instructing new people, setting tables and tidying up. As in the picture, the tables are about 15cm apart. Everything can be justified with Corona. The rooms are very noisy. In the morning you can hear every guest who walks through and every conversation. The beds are very cheap and very uncomfortable. The hotel didn't go out of its way for our request. The problem-solving of the hotel, which was "lived" under the comment responses, does not exist.

Minimally maintained room: uncomfortable bed with old and worn blankets, wrecked wardrobe, very small TV and in an awkward position.
On the plus side, the location if you're into nightlife.

Experience of our stay at the Hotel Eden!
We became aware of this beautiful, modern hotel through a comparison page.
We decided to book on the hotel website, including breakfast, hotel parking and beach space. One day after booking, we received an email that no loungers and no parking space were included in the price. Rebooking or cancellation not possible or not free of charge!
Since this vacation was very spontaneous, we started the trip anyway. When we arrived at the hotel we asked about the parking lot, they negotiated a parking space for 10 / day with an open parking lot. (That's why it deserves one star) In the afternoon, the check-in went smoothly, we asked about the beach chairs, but unfortunately they are intended for other guests. In the afternoon we picked up the first sunburn on the beach!
The rooms are okay, but we didn't pay attention to our request with a balcony (unfortunately no selection possible). In the morning we looked forward to breakfast, which unfortunately left a lot to be desired, everything was ready-made and you have to expect waiting times for every "order". Since we already have a sunburn, we bought an umbrella for 15 euros and put it in front of the hotel seats, it didn't take long until the security officers came and told us that we weren't allowed to put up umbrellas, as a reason they gave us that it wasn't dangerous to others who would have booked an umbrella.
You can think of the rest for yourself! Thank you dear Hotel Eden for this miserable stay in Jesolo!

I love this Hotel
I come here every year for the "RANDOM" event of Suonica and Muretto that they do on the beach of the lighthouse.
Wonderful and fashionable location in the center of one of the most famous squares and streets of Jesolo Lido.
The rooms with terrace facing Via Mazzini are beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort.
The open-plan swimming pool is also very beautiful and unique.
The staff is always available and ready to fulfill every request ... I highly recommend it !!!

The little one at home attended a sporting event in the city. Structure used as Bed & Brekfast but absolutely satisfied. nice staff, furniture perhaps a little dated but absolutely dignified and sufficient. room and structure generally clean. Nothing to complain about. Name that we will keep in mind for any other overnight stays in that of Jesolo, even longer

Very kind staff, good hall, restaurant area a bit canteen style, bad room.
Badly made bed with old blanket and not tucked up, there is no hanger, there is no armchair, only a small chair. Only clothes for children can be hung in the wardrobe, the others are too long.
There is no vanity set in the bathroom, only a small (very) soap dispenser.
Obviously no courtesy slippers.
To open the door you had to engage a melee even if the key was electronic.
To top it off, the curtains torn.
All for the modest sum of over 180 for a double room.

Elegant and well-kept hotel located right in the center. Very friendly staff ready to fulfill every request. At the reception they gave me room availability from 11am and the parking space in the courtyard inside. At breakfast the waitress spoiled me with dairy-free treats and the buffet was really rich and delicious. In the room the cleaning lady on the first floor made me find the room tidy, clean and perfumed every day, and fresh, well-folded towels were never missing. Hotel recommended for those who want to be pampered ...

I don't think it can be considered a 4-star hotel, spartan room fridge bar on our arrival completely empty personal polite but I think it is not enough to be considered a 4 star

My rating is decent because when I booked it said free beach and parking included, then at check in, the one in front of me had both, I nothing!
The one in front of me had dinner at 19.30, I an hour and a half later!
