I have been with them for more then a year. They offer many different services to their members. I applied for a personal and auto loan and i recieved responces within 48 hours. LOVE THE SERVICE ROZ FROM 80 SEYMOUR gave me. wonderful in everyway. Thank you so much

There should be a choice for zero stars. They do not have any sister branches, their systems are ALWAYS down, they want to charge me $30 to stop a payment on a pending charge that I know is fraudulent/scam, they authorized a payment to another scam after I showed proof because that company sent a fake claim number that they never looked into, it took 6 months to finally receive my refund. I cant believe this bank even exists. The only reason I have kept them since 2002 is because I worked for the hospital and my ecommerce shop is attached. This bank is seriously trash! I recommend you shop around and bank elsewhere!
I have been a member of this bank for years now, paying any loan on time and or ahead of time with no issues. They have declined a loan for me to start my own business originally, I did not come here to write a bad review I understand that s life. I have reached out to my bank asking to get a loan on Friday to consolidate my credit so that I can begin my company without having any issues - I asked for a measly 1500 and was declined due to my credit needing to be consolidated. I would understand if I was denied due to me missing payments from previous loans with my bank and or even being late which I have not one occurrence of a tardy payment, but I was denied because they stated I need to consolidate my debt - the same debt that I am asking for the loan to cover. I am not one for negative reviews, but I am truly disappointed especially when I have been a loyal consumer with this company for over 5 years - from Hartford Healthcare - to Wellness FCU.
This experience alone has me looking for alternative banking; I trust them with every dime I receive but they don t trust me with a loan, when I have never been late on a payment with any other loans given to me by the bank.
The staff are very helpful and welcoming, service is usually fast and easy. No parking on the street is a bit of an inconvenience at times though, but that's a city issue not the Credit Union's issue.
Terrible customer service etiquette. Applied for a loan, response time was very slow. Tried calling every department to do a follow up and there was never an answer.
I applied for a loan from this bank, and they told me they would have an answer for me by the end of the day. Three days later I gave up. It has now been three weeks since I paid to join this bank, and I still have not heard a thing. They were impossible to get over the phone, and were very inconsiderate once you got them. They put off opening emails that the requested at 9am to right before closing when supervisors had already left. For a business that is supposed to cater to very busy clients, they do not respect the time of those clients. I was very disappointed with my entire experience with them, and wish I hadn't wasted my time.
