Experience of our stay at the Hotel Eden!
We became aware of this beautiful, modern hotel through a comparison page.
We decided to book on the hotel website, including breakfast, hotel parking and beach space. One day after booking, we received an email that no loungers and no parking space were included in the price. Rebooking or cancellation not possible or not free of charge!
Since this vacation was very spontaneous, we started the trip anyway. When we arrived at the hotel we asked about the parking lot, they negotiated a parking space for 10 / day with an open parking lot. (That's why it deserves one star) In the afternoon, the check-in went smoothly, we asked about the beach chairs, but unfortunately they are intended for other guests. In the afternoon we picked up the first sunburn on the beach!
The rooms are okay, but we didn't pay attention to our request with a balcony (unfortunately no selection possible). In the morning we looked forward to breakfast, which unfortunately left a lot to be desired, everything was ready-made and you have to expect waiting times for every "order". Since we already have a sunburn, we bought an umbrella for 15 euros and put it in front of the hotel seats, it didn't take long until the security officers came and told us that we weren't allowed to put up umbrellas, as a reason they gave us that it wasn't dangerous to others who would have booked an umbrella.
You can think of the rest for yourself! Thank you dear Hotel Eden for this miserable stay in Jesolo!
Ps .: the staff were always friendly and the rooms were clean!
