More than a four star is a 3 or 2. The bed made more noise than a hostel, the parking has 30 seats if they arrive and there is nothing to let you know if it is full or not. On the staff you can find very nice people to some very bland. Room spacious and large yes, and correct cleaning although the kitchen area does not clean it properly. For a short term, it's fine. They leave you in the room with coffees to make it totally free without leaving it.

This hotel is rather unsafe for clients. Quite frequently guests get robbed either at the lobby or when waiting for a taxi at the door because they leave their luggage unattended for a second and there are professional thieves waiting for their moment. The hotel should warn and most likely hire some security staff to be at the lobby/entrance. I had a Swede friend who was robbed and had his trolley taken away with two computers.
