I need a room last minute very late in the evening and the receptionist drove back to meet me after already closing the reception. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautiful, the bathroom was spotless and huge. The location is perfect and breakfast was delicious. If I ever return to Tournai, I would definitely stay here
Great place to stay,and friendly staff. Have stayed there three times now.
Clean, comfortable hotel, 5 minutes on foot from the grand place, connected by a charming small park with the heart of the city. All rooms in the hotel are named by music style. We slept in the 'pop' room,... with the fab four above our bed.
Nice hotel. Rooms are quite warm, you have to contact reception to adjust the temperature. Breakfast area is very cosy with limited choice but does the trick.
Spacey room, very quite, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, lovely place to stay!

We called at 19h to hear if there was still a room available for one night for two. The receptionist told us that it was no problem at all and that he would be waiting for us. We got there (a lot of parking in the neighbourhood) and were welcomed kindly. We got the Reggae room, which is very large and beautiful. We would surely recommend this place! Right at the city center at a fair price and with a lovely staff.
Excellent hotel. Near the center. Easy to reach but hardly any parking space. Breakfast is ok.
Very friendly staff and the room we stayed in, 'Jazz' was quite unusual. A lift was being installed so it was a bit of a haul getting our luggage to the 2nd flr room. Parking, although for residents, was not that close to the hotel, otherwise 5 stars.
