booked a suite with jaquzzi .. the stop of the bath was broken so could not take a bath. called to the reception the gentleman indicated that I had to indicate it at check out and that it could probably be reimbursed .. this was not the case .. so paid for nothing. I'll never do that again. lady behind the counter was very friendly.
