Call this morning at 7:56 am for my broken down vehicle .. the person told me that the convenience store would be there between 9:15 am and 9:30 am ... at 9:50 am no convenience store !! Call goes to the troubleshooter who informs me that I have no troubleshooting in my name he calls for assistance !! Answer made they have new software and the troubleshooting was not taken into account !! The troubleshooter on the other hand very pro tells me that he sends a breakdown service as soon as available !!! A Lost Morning's Work ACTA take all this into account ??? !!! Pitiful and lamentable

Transport carried out in July 2020 We are in November 2020 and after several phone calls my bill is being processed Is it bad faith or incompetence? A very dissatisfied professional !!!
