The room was great, very modern and easy to fall asleep in, had everything you needed. My only complaint would be that the pool was closed for repairs during my visit but other than that it was perfect

Good hotel Well located subway bus near the wizi center walking, if you go to an ideal concert .. awesome breakfast buffet and be a vegetarian and have some whim I think there would be nothing that had not covered.

The hotel is within walking distance of almost everywhere. A 15 minutes stroll to Puerta de Alcala, 15-20 minutes stroll to Serrano, 15 minutes to Parque El Retiro and a 5 minute walk to El Corte Ingles . The room is very clean and modern, the bed is very comfortable, the hotel itself has a huge lobby and a beautiful entrance.

A fabulous hotel, spacious and comfortable reception. Many details such as water in the entrance, gift voucher with drinks for all guests, water bottles in the minibar ...., say that everything in general was very clean and the staff very attentive ... in short, everything fantastic. To put a snag, the room that we had was inside a very small patio, so I do not put a 10 ..... And to highlight the breakfast, natural juices, all kinds of products for different intolerances ... fabulous. Thank you

My experience has been very satisfactory; The assigned room had not been properly ventilated and the smell of tobacco, simply by opening the door, was unbearable. We communicated it in reception and immediately they assigned us another room, very comfortable.
At breakfast, although the dining room was complete, everything was very well organized and the cuisine was varied and enjoyable. Especially nice are the natural fruit and vegetable smoothies, although the cola was very long ... and it would have been great to have two blenders working!

Great location near where my daughter lives, which is why I picked it. Clean, friendly and enjoyable stay.

Comfortable but the rooms on the courtyard can be noisy. Too bad ... To be there a number of times, we can also find quiet rooms. The bar and pool on the roof are nice.

Everything perfect as every year for the marathon, but to say that in previous years they let us check out at 4 or more and this year they caught our attention for not having left before.

Hotel in a great location two minutes walk from O'Donnell underground station and the airport bus stop. Spacious and clean rooms. Reasonable prices for a 4 star. Courteous and friendly receptionists. Comfortable bedding. On the other hand, average interior and exterior insulation.

The staff very friendly. The hotel is very complete. The restaurant opens 24 h. Included room service la carte is not extensive but the food is very good as well as the value for money. The comfortable rooms include a hairdryer in the bathroom and in the closet there is an ironing board with iron. Free WIFI. Located very close to the Wizink Center. The breakfast is very complete. They have a stand where they make you natural juices of fruit mix of your choice.

Since the reform has improved a lot. Take a plug thief if you need to charge mobiles, computers, tablets ..., the rooms do not usually have many plugs and those that are busy

The hotel has easy access if you come by car from southern Spain. The entrance is very wide and the reception area is very large, with a lot of staff to assist you. You have a mobile available for your stay at the hotel with internet and free calls. The rooms are modern and pleasant. It is located right next to the wizink center.

Great hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and well laid out. The metros are easily accessible and there are good restaurants nearby.

My first night in a room overlooking O'DOnnel Street was not very good. I found it too noisy due to traffic and average soundproofing. I asked for another room for the next 3 nights facing the back and this solved the problem. Another problem with my stay was the breakfast at 8:00 am with lots of people and few tables available, I felt the team a little overwhelmed. It was not as good a time as in my other Novotel stays. Generally the channel keeps my confidence. Cordially.

Spectacular reception and beautiful reform. I went to an event and despite the effort of the cafeteria they were overwhelmed and did not sufficiently reinforce the service. I arrived late to the event after the break and I drank my coffee in one gulp.

Hotel conveniently located for visiting Madrid.
Very recent and equipped with beautiful rooms, comfortable and modern, as well as very clean.
Excellent breakfast: impossible not to find something suitable for various and multiple needs.
Friendly and professional staff.
The only sore gym, definitely too small, but I think it is not essential.
There is also a small but functional swimming pool.
I have stayed in various other Novotel, both in Italy and abroad, but this is definitely the best.

A good hotel in a great location with an obsolete service and staff. I recommend confirming reservations online by phone and printing all confirmations to be able to provide them on arrival.
