Not bad. Well located, affordable prices. A bit crowded, that is, you can see large tourist groups arriving at the same time. But the rooms are fine.

It's amazing, super big and luxurious. I wish I went back there.

Comfortable rooms and beds. In-room coffee. Good exercise facility.

Extremes of care, the rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need to feel at ease, a super TV, a fridge (in which fresh water is always included in the price), a hairdryer and fair trade brand soaps. The breakfast includes I believe any kind of first fruits, from sushi, to vegetables to simple yogurt and cereals, the choice is endless. The structure also has a gym and a swimming pool, which I believe represents the only flaw because it is really too small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and modern and we appreciated how quiet it was too. This was the first week of our family vacation and our first time in Spain. We loved it! The breakfast was wonderful.

Mazacote hotel, very large, with many services, good service and good rooms, good location and access, cheap parking in the vicinity, good breakfast, good cleaning of rooms and extra room services, elegant, highly recommended to stay during late of the week, for work or leisure

It covered all my initial expectations. Everything clean and in order. The details as coffee in room and water in refrigerator, very much appreciated, especially with children this last.

I went a few years ago and I thought it was a very good place, especially the attention of the staff.

Huge hotel but with competent staff, a water fountain available at the reception, a Playstation for children. A super breakfast very complete with products centrifuged on demand. Huge family room with two televisions and well separated. Only downside their parking at 25 euros per day does not accept cars no more than 4 m 50. But will you park at the parking opposite for the same price.

Good. Nice staff, good room and shower. Full breakfast, lots of choices. Location suitable for walking and access to El Retiro Park.

Good breakfast selection. My favourite was the counter for fresh juice, which came with a wide variety of fruit to choose from. Clean room but toiletries only provided upon request, which is quite a bummer.

I went to see a friend and my impression was that everything was very spacious and welcoming. She was happy with the service
