Location, reception, service architecture .... A real palace

A beautiful and clean hotel with excellent service and rich breakfasts highly recommend a great location.

Hotel well located and pleasant interiors. The rooms are relatively large and well decorated. The staff is listening and looking for solutions. However, we had a problem with the faucet in the bathroom causing a mini flood. Fortunately, it was not serious but a pity for this type of hotel

I participated in the presentation of the products of a Swiss company and I really enjoyed the hotel. It is very good. The infiltration from the terrace above the entrance should be solved: the faded paint is visible.

Really truly stunning hotel. The details inside are beautiful, the beds were super comfortable and the staff were so so nice especially Gabriel. Would highly recommend

Nice Hotel in the center of Bucharest. Clean, well maintained and relatively quiet in the style of Louis XVI. If you want to party there might be better places to go. ;-)

Only attending a seminar brought me here. My impression is a place of excellence, cleanliness and good taste, kind and professional staff, everything organized!

It's comfortable, stylish, clean, but the prices are a bit higher than at Marriot. Plus I don't like that although it's a very big hotel, it has all kinds of sex shops around, erotic massage parlors and nightclubs. A self-respecting hotel tries to remove such spots from its image.

Do you know what's even prettier? Eat that money with your head .....

High standard hotel. A total of 60 rooms. There is no noise in the lobby as in large hotels. Located in the city center.
The staff is kind. The breakfast is delicious and rich. The manager of the dining room greets a nice, cordial man
Solves problems and brings surprises from the kitchen all the time. Never told me impossible.

I decided to test it through a lot of the most comfortable and peaceful hotels I have booked, plus I have spa, central location and nice breakfast.

An excellent hotel! However, closer to 4 stars than five! Close to everything. Don't miss the concert hall with Bucharest Philharmonic. Costs 75 Rent per person for best location.
(180 sec) Incredibly impressive! At least 50 people in the orchestra and as many in the choir. Palatial! Also the art museum opposite is worth a visit. Bucharest, however, is a worn-out city and 6 days was too long.

Perfect location walking distance to the old town. Hotel is very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Nice bar on the ground floor where you can try Romanian wine and have some good food. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all who are planning to visit Bucharest.

I participated in a psychoanalysis conference half a year ago and I am deeply impressed by the good taste that characterizes this hotel with historic, unbeatable, restored air. The location is excellent - the best area in Bucharest, both in terms of its historic character and its prism. It is located on the artery with the luxury shops of the capital.

Nice hotel not more. We took the senior suite that's was nice. Nothing special. In that's price (3 time more than a standard room) we expected more. Great location, breakfast is nice but lacks of options. The lightning in the suite was very poor. You can find much more luxury hotels in the area in much better price and beauty.

Passenger embarkation / disembarkation area virtually nonexistent. Something should be done about this.

I had room 115 which is on 1 floor. Nice and big enough, well equiped. But terrible air condition noise throughout my whole 3 days stay drives me crazy.
Also there was no working air condition in meeteng room - very hot in our work time.
Finally in last day stuff tell me that I had to change my clothes on 2m toilet. Absolutely no accepted by 5* hotel.
Food was also I think not according to 5* category.

Extremely smart, comfortable hotel, sensibly priced. Friendly, smiling, helpful staff. Nice decor, great breakfast - highly recommended.

I love the terrace. The food is great and they have good variety of drinks and cocktails to choose from. Staff is very nice and maybe you have luck to be in a day when the traffic is closed.

Extraordinary central location in main Calea Victorie, near museums, stores, good restaurants. Excellent staff, very supportive and caring of our comfort, great breakfast buffet.

Spectacular Victorian hotel ... in our case also thanks to the internet we were able to make a very economical reservation. Breakfast buffet varied and of good quality and the spa. Sauna and jacuzzi ... totally recommendable for couples because of the location in the middle of the street Victoria in the heart of the old town of Bucharest. Unbeatable service and attention to royalty ... you can not miss it

Service was excellent. Room was big and open. Bathroom was amazing although the toilet/shower door was a little difficult to put in the correct position. And the breakfast was amazing.
